X Factor songs performed:

280 Hanson/ MMMBop and #817

Is it just me, or does anyone else also think playing that song should be declared a 'crime against humanity'? :w00t:

XFF flopping so far, but Heroes was doing appallingly before XF and that still got to iTunes #1 and later official #1 so WOAS will probably do the same. I wonder why JLS and One Direction aren't mentioned on the feed?

63. Lately - Stevie Wonder

Marcus introduced me to this song, it was my favourite performance of the night (and I find him distinctly average most of the time). Glad to see this doing well.

68. Under the Bridge - Red Hot Chili Peppers

And this was my second favourite performance of the night :D I love this song anyway so also fantastic to see it back.

You might be interested to learn that Hanson are back.

Janet singing it should yes.

The XF Finalists have now just scraped into the T100 (at #99).

It's weird because when I found out that Marcus was singing 'Lately', I assumed it was a Stevie Wonder song that I hadn't heard of before. But once he sang it, I realised that I had heard it before but I just never knew the name of it.

Anyway I'm glad it is doing really well. Marcus to win!

65. Wishing On a Star - The X Factor Finalists 2011

71. Daddy - Emeli Sandé

Glad to see Emeli not doing very well. It's a very poor song.

 [100] 83. Fairytale of New York - Kirsty MacColl & The Pogues

These two, combined with the other one at #610, are now selling at top 40 levels - though not soon enough to get there this week, obviously.

I would predict top 60 overall tonight.

52. Daddy - Emeli Sandé

53. Wishing On a Star - The X Factor Finalists 2011

These two keep on overtaking each other

Hoping Emile Sandé can have a big hit with 'Daddy'. Superb song, far superior to 'Heaven' in my opinion.
I just hope The X Factor Finalists 2011 aren't #1 next Sunday although the odds of this missing no. 1 are probably very slim.
Marcus sounds brilliant on the XFF charity single! As does Sophie. It's definitely the second best XFF charity single, only behind 2008's 'Hero'. I might be biased though because Marcus is the first contestant I've actively supported since Alexandra.

Didn't realise Daddy is 59p, just bought it.

Does anyone know when Lloyd's Dedication To my Ex is getting released? It should hopefully get into the top 10. :w00t:

'Daddy' being sold for 59p is probably a good marketing strategy to encourage more sales.

I believe Lloyd's single is released next Sunday.
