Plus we don't even *know* them before they are announced on R1 anyway (AFAIK).

You sound exactly like me last year regarding Joe. He didn't get a second performance either and no promo when Take that sang twice and they don't need it do they?! That show sucks with how they treat the winners. Maybe Matt can get away and turn it around like Joe. I think it might be harder for him though as I'm not sure he can do a complete u-turn on the style.

 

Matt better not change anything about his style, physical or musically :P and I doubt he would. He will continue to release music, whether its successful or not, that remains to be seen. At least he has his looks.

 

 

I think you are right, I can hardly see Matt releasing 2 covers albums in quick succession after performing on a 2nd rate reality show. I think he is more principled than that.

 

Starlight has had great airplay on radio 2, I would have thought this would have boosted his album at least. Anyone know?

The album is kinda stable, its still top 40 at least.

What was the POINT of having Misha sing again? Egh. WYA is gonna go top 5 now isn't it -_- Second week in a row someone's final performance was of an AGGRESSIVELY ATROCIOUS song (after Janet doing CC last week but thankfully that only got it back to #86).

Wonder how much of an effect the Beyonce show on itv now will have on the singles chart...the album 4 will surely hit the top 10 again?Does anyone have comparisons from last years live audience shows?
