Listening to Starships on Tumblr. Going to be huge.

 

It's okay tho. The part where the beat drops is so different to the bubblegum pop of the rest of the song.

 

Despite how messy Roman Holiday sounds as a song, I sort of really liked it. Showcases her theatrical background really nicely, and despite being kind of overwrought in the same way Born This Way was in terms of religious imagery, Nicki at least always seems really genuine to me at least. It wasn't half-assed, that's for sure.

Pretty generic though, very much like a mix of Super Bass, Raise Your Glass and a generic RedOne track. But it works and I'm fully on board :wub:

I actually think it's RedOne's freshest production in a very long time. Amazing song.

 

Here is Starships. I really like it! I don't think it is as good as Roman In Moscow - which is amazing! But it is her second best this era!
