My guess for the title matches would be DB vs. Big Show vs. Henry and Punk vs. Ziggler. Which should both be great.

same. Always exciting. Hopefully no big stables will be dragging it out like this year with the corre and nexus. Anyone got predictions on who will win the rumble. Ill reserve my prediction till the 3rd of jan to see whos behind the cryptic videos (im not my hopes up on its being jericho because i think it'll be someone else).

I was just about to say I think Kane will win. But I can see Cena making his "comeback" and eliminating Kane from the rumble :( I hope I'm wrong though and that Kane beats his elimination record this year and manages to actually win it.

Nah Cena won't win. He's facing The Rock. I don't think WWE are stupid to keep shoving Cena in the main picture right now if they focusing on newer talent now ^_^ At the moment I'd like to say Kane or Sheamus to win :D

Apparently theres rumours they'll do another 40 man Rumble. I don't know what to think of another one. I mean this years was ok but it kinda lost the spark of what the original rumble was for me.

Oh f*** yeah aha! Forgot about Cena vs. Rock! Well I didn't forget about that match, I forgot that the winner would main event WM. (STRANGELY! :lol:) But I still think Cena could cost Kane a victory, even if he isn't in the rumble. Could be a heel turn for him, maybe? :unsure:

I think kane is a heel though so that wouldnt be the best person for cena to turn on. Id say cm punk or bryan would be good for that.

Batista better NOT be coming back. I couldn't think of many more wrestlers who I think would deserve the win the least! I wouldn't mind a Chris Jericho win, but I can see him coming back, getting the upper hand every week up until the Royal Rumble.

Not been following things at all, but I do always tune in for the Royal Rumble. Last year's event was ludicrous due to the stables. Obviously nobody believes that the match is 'luck of the draw' (well, I used to - and I loved it back in '89 when Demolition had to fight each other as 1 and 2) but why bother when it's blindingly obvious who is coming next?

 

So, here's my hopes.

 

* Nobody wins from being in the first 10 entrants - I'm sick of these stupid records.

* No situations where tag teams enter consecutively immediately after their greatest rivals do.

* No major face or heel coming in to clear the ring completely of dreg wrestlers in seconds flat.

* At least a couple of periods where there are 10+ men in the ring at the same time.

* Nobody being thrown out immediately 'Luke Bushwhacker' style.

 

That still leaves space for feuders to meet each other, for tag teams to be able to team up and for the highly-orchestrated ending to happen. They just need to be less lazy with the planning of it.

Batista better NOT be coming back. I couldn't think of many more wrestlers who I think would deserve the win the least! I wouldn't mind a Chris Jericho win, but I can see him coming back, getting the upper hand every week up until the Royal Rumble.

 

To be honest i don't want batista back either but i can see him coming bac nd i really hope jericho comes bac as he was 1 of my favorite superstars

I'd say there's a slight chance for the other options to not happen but THIS will definitely happen. It always does. :P :/

Ugh hope batista dont come back. Hes done everything anyway. I hope he stays in so called retirement. Jericho sheamus or kane would be the best options or even barrett come to think of it.

Yeah, Barrett has WWE main eventer written all over him, tbh. He just needs the right storyline to become really big. Nexus could have been it but WWE f*cked that one up again by having Cena be "fired" for not even a week. :lol:

 

I'd put Dolph Ziggler into the discussion as well but I guess that's more me dreaming than what is actually going to happen. :S

Randy Orton is set to win the rumble regardless of whether he's injured or not. WWE Officials had Orton set the rumble originally but now that's he's injured they are doing all they can to work around it. They are working on getting him back as a suprise entrant at the rumble and win then take time off to heal
