I became a fan before Kylie had made music when I saw some episodes of The Henderson Kids in 1986 at the end of a video I was sent as a kid. I loved her sassy attitude and when she showed up in Neighbours it got the ball rolling. Our friend in Australia sent us the single for Locomotion in 1987 and I became a big fan from then.

My first early favourite Kylie songs were Got To Be Certain, Turn It Into Love, I Should Be So Lucky, Getting Closer (a rare b-side) & I'll Still Be Loving You.

I remember playing her first album Kylie back-to-back non stop in 1988, drawing pictures of the cover and absolutely being in total awe of it all. Fond, fond memories.

Now, 20 years later and she's still a huge part of my life. Hard to believe that so much has happened and with her current illness things are very different now. However, what does remain the same is that she's a fighter and a truly beautiful person, in and out and she manages to light up my life as well as millions of others around the world.

'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' - the first Kylie record I bought and then I bought 'Fever' and saw her live and it all escalated from there.

I never listen to 'Fever' any more. Or any albums I bought in 2001 or 2002.

'Impossible Princess' and 'Body Language' are now firm favourites of mine.

I never liked Kylie until Better The Devil You Know.

You might want to vote for Spinning Around in the 2000 Records Of The Year. Just vote for your Top20 (minimum Top10 from the shortlist of 50 songs from 2000.

I'd always had a soft spot for her, but I started to really love her during the 'Light Years' era, I thought it was pop as it should be done and I loved having her around and seeing her on TV and stuff, she had so much charisma.

I loved everything from the 'Fever' era too and she became my favourite pop star from then onwards. I love her voice too, it's so cute and I think she's definitely a once in a lifetime artist.

I Believe In You  I am one of those late fans :P

I Believe In You  I am one of those late fans :P

And someone to convince you that she's the greatest :P :cheer:

It was either Never Too Late or Hand On Your Heart  Can't remember which one though

Since the very start of her career 'I Should Be so Lucky'

But my fave Kylie track is Confide In Me, and probably On A Night Like This second

Kylie - Spinning Around & On A Night Like This made me buy the album so now I'm a huge fan. Brought all her albums.

Dannii - Who Do You Love NOw? was when I started to listen to Dannii. I beought Neon Nights and loved it. I downloaded some of her old hits but haven't brought her albums.

Like Mikey, it was I Should Be So Lucky, though I loved her in neighbours before that!!

Her height for me is the Light Years album :)

i loved her in neighbours so i was interested in her career when she left also,,i did like i should be so lucky but it was the loco motion release was what really got me to spend all my pocket money on the vinyl album,,which i now have on vinyl tape and cd and the est is history after that i followed her right through,,through the high and low times

I wouldn't really consider myself a fan of either of them  But I have an album from both of them, so I suppose:

Kylie: Fever era

Dannii: Put The Needle On It/ I Begin To Wonder

if you like the efever era you should try the rhythm of love and light years albums but i would give the rhythm of love album preference its a fantastic album and is still my faveourite kylie album

I might try Light Years because I love Spinning Around, it's probably my favourite Kylie song
