Has Pixie even benefited from the performance on Dancing on Ice?

Not yet. She benefited quite a lot from the song being used on CBB earlier in the week though.

Well She's not climbed to #4 yet and has only gained 1.9% on David Guetta.

05. Pixie Lott - Kiss The Stars

11. Kelly Clarkson - What Dosent' Kill You

13. Swedish House Mafia - Antiodie

212. Where Have You Been - Rihanna

270. Talk That Talk (feat. Jay-Z) - Rihanna

Seems like WHYB has proved more popular in the long run and TTT was only cherry-picked because of its feat and Rihanna's previous singles with Jay-Z. And to make things worse TTT has been announced as the 3rd single while YD1 still struggles to get into the top 10. :drama: WHYB better not end up being 'Breakin' Dishes' II.

Talk That Talk has been higher than Where Have You Been for most of the past couple of months. Where Have You Been is probably just higher because it's the weekend.

Clearly, in true Buzzjack fashion, you stan for the dance song, but I can assure you they definitely will release it, don't worry!

Talk That Talk is the clear choice for now. It went #11 on US iTunes. And it would be very embarrassing to listen to the chart show, and hear We Found Love at #35, Where Have You Been at #34, and then hear Reggie read out all the texts from the listeners going "lol these sound the same". They need to space out those songs a bit. Leave Where Have You Been to smash the European clubs in the summer.

You Da One hasn't done very well, so it's vital that Rihanna releases something to cater to her urban audience. They're a large part of why she's so popular.

Rihanna is apparently releasing a single mix of Talk That Talk which also features Kanye West. Hopefully Kanye's addition will make it better, because I wasn't hugely keen on the album version when it was played on the chart show.

I'm not sure if that's actually true, because Kanye's name doesn't appear on the single cover. :(

I'd love to hear a Kanye verse on it though. I heard a Rick Ross remix of it though, so maybe the can use that as the single version.

But I think the main thing that could be improved about the song is the instrumental. It's a fantastic beat, but hearing some of Stargate's other hip hop beats (e.g. Black and Yellow), I can think of many things they could do to make Talk That Talk more epic.

I think TTT is a great single choice strategically but Rihanna has a habit of not releasing the obvious singles from her albums ala 'Breakin' Dishes' and 'Fire Bomb', and I have this bad feeling 'Where Have You Been' will be this era's victim. I'm not the biggest fan of the single mix idea, it's going to end up sounding like 'Love the Way You Lie'/'Run This Town' (a rapper featuring Rihanna song). Jay-Z already hogs like a whole a minute of the 'Talk That Talk' and then Kanye West will most likely cut out Rih's song-selling middle 8 and then we only end up having one Rihanna verse plus her choruses.

I don't think the Kanye remix is true anyway (although I'd like it to be). I'd actually love lots of rappers to get on it, and do a posse cut.

I can't see them not releasing Where Have You Been for various reason, but that's true about Breakin' Dishes, so who knows? I don't really like Where Have You Been, but I hope she releases it, since it'll be a big hit.

Is there any paritcular reason you always post in italics? It makes the post harder to read

 11. Antidote (Radio Edit) - Swedish House Mafia & Knife Party

:D Almost there. EP has now dropped to #2 on the albums feed but it was hardly going to stay at #1 forever, EPs never stay #1 for that long.

I didn't factor into account multiple versions of 'Antidote' when I predicted it'd miss the top 10. In a similar way to 'Earthquake' and 'Levels' (recent examples), the multiple versions will ensure a top 10 placing this week. Whether or not it debuts in the top 5 come Sunday is a different story - but I imagine it'll show up strong in the first update.

'Domino' really holding up well at the top - 'Mama Do The Hump' hopefully doesn't hold any competition, it's dire and 'Good Feeling' has already had its time at the summit - give Jessie J a second week; or alternatively have 'Titanium' jump 08-01!

JME already down to #49. If you're falling within 24 hours of release, it's usually a sign you're going to go into MAJOR free-fall. :drama: I hope it can at least get top 100 officially.

And Give Me Everything up to #26.

Why is Give Me Everything climbed so much?

It's 59p, and has been used on 2 TV programmes recently, which is quite timely.
