Good to see the Walk off the Earth version of Somebody That I Used To Know back on....

I wonder why it got removed in the first place.

I hope Alone Again doesn't get to number 1 - its quite good, but it no way deserves to outpeak Heart's version :( I would much rather Titanium or Wild Ones going there
I wonder why it got removed in the first place.

I wonder too. It went to #1 in Canada (I think Walk Off the Earth are Canadian, so they're probably in the news all the time over there having become Internet sensations) iTunes multiple times, and kept getting deleted there too. Surely it's a legal cover, so there's no reason to delete it. Although I guess in Canada it would've been worrying at the time to some people that it was completely overshadowing the original (although it's not anymore, so that's okay).

Dance For You is a single?!

Thankfully not (though at least it's better than Love On Top), it was previously only on the deluxe edition of 4 which for some reason wasn't on iTunes, and the deluxe edition was recently released to iTunes so people have been downloading it. It also has a promotional video, it's one of the ones she shot while/before she was pregnant.

Ayo Technology up to #49! I feel so honoured to be witnessing this. :) The fact that it's the best-selling of the current batch of 59p songs (which isn't new) is a testement to how fantastic it is. Although, this is nothing that we didn't already know.

Titanium is so close to #1 now. It should get there tommorrow!

Titanium at 94.1% :D Really hope this gets to #1 very soon and it'd be incredible if it could beat Alyssa to #1 next week. But like I say I can't see that happening :P

 8. Earthquake (Full Version) - Labrinth :cheer:

-x-

Completely unrelated to the above but the BRITs website says that the performances will be up for download again this year after the event. Maybe Adele will score another #1 if she performs 'Turning Tables' and the live version does as well as Someone Like You did last year! (Nah, probably won't happen :P But if she does do Turning Tables I think she could get a top 10 hit out of it with the live version).

It's a total abomination. :puke2:

I really hope 'Turning Tables' is a big hit for Adele. Definitely the best album track left of 21.

Ah, I see. It's a good track but it's definitely not single material. It confused me that she even made a video for it.

I'm surprise she hasnt released it. My personal fave of the non album tracks is Dont You Remember

I love Turning Tables, but if Adele performed it at the BRITs, I think everybody would compare it to Someone Like You's performance, and everybody would most likely be like "Well, it wasn't as good as last year's". If Adele performed something like Rumour Has It, she could make it different enough that the performances don't get compared, like she could get the audience clapping or whatever.

I'd prefer her to do Turning Tables though, since I'd like it to get into the top 40, and I find Rumour Has It quite boring sometimes.

Oh I love that one too.

'Set Fire to the Rain' is my favourite of the entire album. ^_^

Well it's miles worse than "The Edge of Glory" not to mention a load of others, so that's your theory out of the window :D

To be honest, I've forgotten how The Edge of Glory goes, but it would classify as a "new" song anyway, since it came out at a similar time to Skinny Love and International Love, which we're counting as "new" songs.

Ayo Technology has many dimensions, and was a huge European smash FOR A REASON. Even those people who couldn't understand the lyrics, could appreciate the hypnotizing instrumental.

As a dance cover, it is quite good but I don't think it deserves number 1 over 'Titanium' or 'Wild Ones' as they are definitely better :) . Also, if Titanium does have the chance of going number 1 I may buy it even though I have the album. Would that be more likely this week or next week?
