Yeah it's always been 79p but she seems to climb on weekends usually. She gets much more club play than radio play from what I hear so I guess it's not too surprising.

I hope it blows up soon, it's been hanging around for a couple of months popping in and out of the top 100, it went top 40 after Sound of 2012 but is yet to properly became a hit. I think it has the potential to be massive but it's just not happening.

^ Want all three to be BIG hits. The Black Keys are most likely becoming popular again as a result of word-of-mouth, they're doing well in Australia (#2) and Canada, even reaching the T50 in Ireland. R1 have already played it to death though, but I can see them playing it still if it picks up even more.

I wonder if Radio 1 will playlist The motto by Drake. It's currently being played on the request show (one of the most requested today) and it sounds so fresh and good to here! It's set for a March 26th release according do Wikipedia, not that that means a lot.

I can't see them playlisting it tbh, as they already playlisted both Take Care and Headlines and they "underperformed" (even Take Care has done very well considering, but they probably thought since it went straight to #3 on iTunes it would be like a mini-Love the Way You Lie). I'd love them to playlist it, but I fully understand if they don't.

 

Radio 1Xtra and Choice FM have been playing The Motto to DEATH the past couple of months though. :wub: All those people requesting it on the radio probably won't buy it. A lot of kids these days don't understand the concept of paying for things. :lol:
