She didn't at all. Sean Paul never dipped below about 89% of Katy, in fact when her video came out Sean Paul started GAINING on her.

See my previous post though. She didn't have to have actually gained to have received a boost from the music video.

 

If she was more front loaded then Sean then naturally he would have been increasing anyway, perhaps the video boost slowed all of that down.

 

Katy was definitely more front loaded than Sean as well given where they are now on iTunes.
