the video is very summery and glam

the song fits into the current dance sound

she is an x factor judge

she had a sex tape leak and managed to look like a victim

the song is tripe

very repetative and autotuned

so many people are going dance than its not gonna work for everybody

tulisa is a prick

I think it will enter at like #3 or #4 - maybe even peak at #1 on itunes breifly. then it will drop like a stone and sell under 200,000 copies in total.

FIGHT FOR THIS LOVE it is not.

I must say, N-Dubz are absolutely abysmal, but I listened to this and I think it's pretty good! I'd say Top 5, with the possibility of being #1, depending on promotion.

Meh. Sounds like a mix between Nicole Scherzinger and Pixie Lott. Can see it's appeal, that Ibiza/club production from Fazer, if only it featured Dappy.

Just realised at the drop too that it's almost identical in style to 'We Found Love' and the new Calvin Harris track 'Let's Go' - hopefully no one else tries to bring out a track this in May, the chart'll be rich with them.

Prediction: top 5.

We Found Love carbon copy but its great will sound awesome in the summer - shame its that tramp singing it tbh!
I see from your sig that Lucie Silvas still looks amazing!

Indeed she does! She always has though IMO. ;)

Pretty much what I expected from her. I kinda like it! I listened to it about 5 times yesterday and I found myself singing it today, so it's pretty catchy.

Don't like the screeching though, but I'm sure it'll go top 3.

Pipe down with the personal insults against Tulisa please and go careful what you post.

I don't mind it for the record - it isn't amazing really, but I think it could be top 5.

:D I am perfectly lightened up thanks.

People throw around the word 'generic' on pretty much EVERY song here.

This IS generic though. Lyrically it's just "HEY WE'RE YOUNG LET'S HAVE FUN AND STUFF LOLZ" which is nothing new. It doesn't feature da club but it's the same basic message. And sonically it's just another club banger which only exists because of We Found Love (because nobody ever thinks of ripping off a British artist for some reason). There's nothing different or unique about this song, thus it is generic. It's NICE I guess on repeated listens but I was hoping Tulisa would be a bit more interesting as an artist.

I think I would've had a difficult time staying hard if she was doing that to me.

this

Anyway, the song isn't that good. Very boring, and could've easily been released by Taio Cruz, Rihanna, Lauren Bennett, Keri Hilson, Pitbull, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, LMFAO, Nayer, Dev, I could go on. Basically, generic as hell, and anybody could do that song.

and this.

Awful. Classless and generic. Plus, she signed with AATW; possibly the worst label in history. They can't spell Minogue.

Yeah, not sure why she signed to a label. With a contact like Simon Cowell she could've got on BGT, and her popularity from x-factor she would've been R1 playlisted no problem. And the generic sound of the song Capital FM would play it all day and all night (that is when they aren't playing The Wanted or Cover Drive, ofcourse).

im so suprised at how bad the song and video are!!

Oh god THIS.

It's as if people were expecting an 8 minute long experimental indie-pop track, this is Tulisa - of course it was always going to be generic  Not being funny but if this was sing by Rihanna all of Buzzjack would be wetting themselves over it!

I for one wouldn't be- we all need http://sixers4guidos.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/time-out.jpg from that girl now.

To be fair it's not like Rihanna releases the same type of song all the time.... And We Found Love was actually brilliant, setting the bar for this type of song (down to Calvin really) along with On The Floor I guess. This is just crap though, blends into everything else quite easily!

Well I guess Rihanna was a bad example. I just mean I very much doubt that this would be quite as hated if it wasn't by Tulisa. I myself would probably like it more myself if a more competent vocalist was singing it, tbf Tulisa isn't the best vocalist.

I just don't see how it should be getting so much hate, it's hardly the worst offender in the generic stakes. But that's my view, of course others are entitled to disagree.

i've been listening to this nonstop and i'm addicted. generic or not, its a great song.

i predict top 5, hope for a #1
