That is an awful album title, too much of a mouthful. Mind, his debut had a pretty bad title as well.

 

Song titles suggest more of the same from him really, I hope he has something as good as 'It Will Rain' coming up.

Why do you say that? 'Locked Out of Heaven' has recovered shockingly quickly on US iTunes (currently #9) and it seems to me like he's going to be just as big as he was last time around (which if you ask me is unfortunate :lol:).

It Will Rain had the massive benefit of being the lead single off the Twilight soundtrack though. I think he'll do well again this era.

I don't know that to be honest but I imagine It Will Rain probably had a better start (with him having so much hype back then). That was a massive hit in the US though so outperforming that isn't necessary for this to be big over there.

Believe it or not LOOH (:lol:) is the first Bruno song I've properly liked. It reminds me of Cody ChestnuTT (what happened to him) and The Police (but less Message In A Bottle, more Spirits In The Material World).

Horrible cover, looks like it says Bpuno Maps too :lol: Locked Out Of Heaven is a grower but I'm not in love with it.

The font, as Rich pointed out, is shit but overall that's a far better cover. Single is pushing the top 100 on preorders alone so I'd expect it to be top 3 with ease and the album should sell well even if it misses #1.

'Locked Out Of Heaven' is such a grower. It's only just starting to PROPERLY click with me. The video is atrocious, but I have an mp3, so it's alright. The album cover is great!

Out on US iTunes from November 6th. I'm liking it more on first listen than 'Locked Out Of Heaven'.

Young Girls is really good, it's what I wanted from him! Much better than Locked Out Of Heaven imo, but I do admit that LOOH is a better single choice tbf.

'Locked Out Of Heaven' is really poor, disappointment after 'It Will Rain' was by some distance the best thing he'd ever done. Should be a big hit though, Bruno's clearly not lost his selling power just yet.

 

Racist connotations and shit font aside I quite like that album cover, echoing the relief that the earlier cover was just a placeholder.
