I don't see a poll for this, so I'd better do one quickly before it's too late...

#1 for both. I can't see it NOT going to #1, it's just such a massive song I'm sure it'll get at least the one week there.
this will go top 3 for sure but I can't help thinking its going to be stuck behind a trail of new releases :( I definitely expect this to be amongst the end of year top 10 though and needless to say, I want it at number 1

What troll predicted this to flop now? Fess up.

(On a somewhat unrelated note it's almost REFRESHING to see vidcapper hating on a song for reasons other than rap).

I think it could go to #1 sometime. I would also like it to go there because it's a great song and it doesn't deserve to stall at #2 for weeks on end

Not me anyway. :teresa:

#1 and #1

And why put Poll in the title when its already a poll. A poll is a poll.

I only picked 'flop' on the Want part.

I don't actually *hate* it - it just makes too little impression on me for such a strong reaction. :)

I've voted top 3 but want #1. Reason for voting Top 3 is because since it was added yesterday, I expected the track to rocket up iTunes but it's not climbed as fast as I'd expected.

Next week Conor is most likely going to be no. 1, so whether fun. get there in a fortnight is left to be seen. If they don't then Tulisa will be the next big challange for no. 1 - overall, this could just stall at #2 for a few weeks with loads of one week wonders going to no. 1 then dropping down harsh from week 2 onwards.

#1 for both - amazing song  The fact Janelle Monae FINALLY gets a UK hit is even more of a bonus! I'd actually not be entirely shocked with it doing a Moves Like Jagger though, on pretty much the same scale as well....

So #1 and so deserved

Still don't get why that girl gets a featured credit for singing 2 lines though, bizarre

The reaction is "it's going to be huge" by most people I think. It doesn't neccessarily mean they actually like the song, just that they're aware it will be a big hit (I think most people are gathering this from how it shot to #1 in the US just from a Superbowl advert).

I do happen to like the song, but I'd think it would be huge even if I didn't, if that makes sense.

Anyway, I voted #1 in both polls.

It would be interesting to see people's predictions for overall sales aswell. I think it'll sell 600,000 by the end of 2012 at least, possibly way (no pun intended) more than that.

#1 for both. I reckon it will sell about 750k by the end of the year but I wouldn't be surprised if it did more. I can see it selling upwards of 50k each week until at least June.

It's not even in the top 50 airplay chart and is 29 on TV and will enter top 5 this week. It's so radio friendly that it'll be top 10 for weeks on end when stations keep playing it, probably be in the top 50 for the rest of the year once it enters.

As I mentioned, the poll was a rush-job, so I didn't check as carefully as usual. :)

Yes - that's why I always use split polls...

It's OK, but I don't see why it is such a favourite.
