I'll get a lot of hate for this, but I find Ed Sheeran the most boring singer ever. The A Team and Lego House are awful.

 at the stress over whether it was definitely the clean Forget You.

33. Cee Lo Green - Forget You (2010) (#1)

These chart facts are so dry, so here's a personal one: I met Geri Halliwell at a Cee Lo concert. True story.

I'm tempted to stop listening now. I can only think of 2 or 3 songs I like that might be in the top 35. :drama:

Yeah, I find him really dull, but The A Team and Lego House are the ones I don't mind really.

That explains it then. Seriously, the rhyming in even Candy Shop is better than most of what I've read from Shakespeare (although as you said, he avoided rhyming, so that's probably WHY I suppose)!! Not saying he's bad though, just found it bizarre how I had to study his mediocre rhyming in such an in-depth way when I was at school.

"Candy Shop" - where level is rhymed with kettle? Doctor/Gotcha? Zipper/Quicker?

Surely you could come up with millions of better examples than that (and I say that as someone who likes the record)

32. Kings Of Leon - Use Somebody (2008) (#2)

BEST THING Kings Of Leon have done

The Pixie Lott Version is also fantastic...

Handing over to Lee Wallace, assuming I'm not so slow that's he's already started... thanks for having me!

Handily enough, I think Pixie Lott covered this once...

Lol! How was she to meet?

Oh GOD Forget You is absolutely AWFUL. How on earth it's so rated is beyond me...

I don't like it either. I like a lot of Cee-Lo songs, but I just cannot stand that one.

I thought you may pop in to say that soon :kink:

Use Somebody

Has anyone not done the duplicate post handover? Sorry Lee.

Lol! How was she to meet?

She'd obviously heard it all a million times but she was very nice about my little bit of gushing and gave me a hug for my troubles. Remains the most famous person I've met! :D

31. Lady Gaga - Just Dance (2008) (#1)

So this song helped Gaga get her first Uk number one hit and helped her make a name for herself. Fantastic Hit and Fantastic Party Song!

"Use Somebody" is an excellent modern rock song. "Just Dance", erm, isn't. But I do love it in a completely different way. As I said in my top 100 songs countdown, this is Genesis for the Little Monsters and for me she's yet to top it.

I said "even Candy Shop".

I said "even Candy Shop".

So name one where you think the rhyming is brilliant then.
