May 20, 201213 yr I'm amazed so many people lasted as long as they did with Glee, I gave up after about 8 episodes of S1. There was real promise there, but the execution was so woefully inept pretty much from the get-go, the characters largely awful and the situations ridiculous. Probably didn't help that I've found most of the songs pretty weak too.
May 20, 201213 yr Author I honestly think without Sue Sylvester it would never have made it even to a third season. I can't understand the appeal of seeing a recent pop song sung by some two bit karaoke singer in a school uniform.
May 20, 201213 yr Even then what they've done to Sue is beyond ludicrous. I can KIND OF understand wanting to soften her with the thing with her sister (even though from a personal point of view I found it awful - even just reading about it), but PREGNANT? L-O-L
May 20, 201213 yr The pregnancy storyline seems a bit far fetched but we'll see where it goes from here. I feel like the only one who still loves Glee to pieces. :( The recent S3 episodes have really picked up but I too wouldn't mind it ending right now because the Nationals episode seemed so perfect for a finish with graduation this week. I'll stick with S4 and see how many viewers hang on despite all the changes but with The X Factor/American Idol lead-in and no other big one hour hit on FOX right now, it'll probably get a 5th season I think, it must still be a big money maker for them and the buzz is still pretty big.
May 20, 201213 yr I still like it too, S3 has been markedly better than S2 but it's nowhere near the quality of the first 13 episodes of S1.

I can see why people may think it's gone downhill or whatever, but I don't know what it is, there's just something about it that keeps me gripped. I agree about S3 picking up too (well it picks up before going to ANOTHER pointless "tribute" episode). The last few weeks have been very good, shades of "old Glee". But like you, before I fully stop I'm going to see what Season 4 brings and as soon as the main cast leave, altogether, I think I'll stop watching too. I love the chemistry of the cast the most I think. They seem to have found a genuine friendship group whilst doing this show which I like because we have seen it develop and grow I think. I'm also interested to see how they're going to keep most of the cast connected still.
June 5, 201213 yr Author Body of Proof has received $12m from the California tax credit lottery (I have no idea either) on the premise that it will produce 22 episodes, so a back 9 order is looking extremely likely. Johnkm AGOG.
June 5, 201213 yr Oh LOL. I am genuinely so happy to see something so utterly mediocre ambling on. God knows Jeri needs the $$$, the botox is starting to fade.
June 18, 201213 yr Have the NBC premiere dates not been posted? FOX have revealed their's now, they're using a special 'New Girl' to lead into 'Ben & Kate' and saving 'Raising Hope' for the week after, seems like a good move.

June 18, 201213 yr Bones is fantastically early this year ^_^ Chuffed. Looking forward to it, not the Baseball breaks though
June 19, 201213 yr The TV season officially beings on 24th September but I think some networks are starting a bit early because of breaks that will have to happen due to election coverage (and FOX also have baseball to work around so Glee will probably be on hiatus for a month just a few episodes into the season). The X Factor vs. the America's Got Talent final could be an interesting battle. Some people think 'Touch' is being held back in case 'The Mob Doctor' fails, same with NBC's new comedies/'Whitney'/'Community'. NBC's schedule is quite confusing with the different dates, previews, timeslot premieres but hopefully the Olympic previews can pay off. NBC Schedule Wednesday, August 8 “GO ON” (sneak peek following Olympic Games coverage) Sunday, August 12 “ANIMAL PRACTICE” (sneak peek following Olympic Games Closing Ceremonies) Monday, August 13 8-10 p.m. “STARS EARN STRIPES” (two-hour premiere) 10-11 p.m. “Grimm” Wednesday, September 5 7:30-8:30 p.m. “NFL Kickoff Special 2012” (regular season) 8:30-11 p.m. “Sunday Night Football” (regular season) Sunday, September 9 7-8:15 p.m. “Football Night in America” (regular day and time) 8:15-11 p.m. “Sunday Night Football” (regular day and time) Monday, September 10 8-10 p.m. “The Voice” Tuesday, September 11 9-9:30 p.m. “GO ON” (time period premiere) 9:30-10 p.m. “THE NEW NORMAL” 10-11 p.m. “Parenthood” Wednesday, September 12 10-10:30 p.m. “GUYS WITH KIDS” (sneak peek after penultimate “America’s Got Talent”) Friday, Sept 14 9-10pm – “Grimm” (time period premiere) Monday, September 17 10-11 p.m. “REVOLUTION” Thursday, September 20 8:30-9 p.m. “Up All Night” 9-9:30 p.m. “The Office” 9:30-10 p.m. “Parks and Recreation” Wednesday, September 26 8-8:30 p.m. “ANIMAL PRACTICE” (time period premiere) 8:30-9 p.m. “GUYS WITH KIDS” (time period premiere) 9-11 p.m. “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (two-hour premiere) Thursday, October 4 8-8:30 p.m. “30 Rock” Wednesday, October 10 10-11 p.m. “CHICAGO FIRE” Friday, October 19 8-8:30 p.m. “Whitney” 8:30-9 p.m. “Community”
June 28, 201213 yr The CW; TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2 8:00-9:00 PM Hart Of Dixie (Season Premiere) WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3 9:00-10:00 PM SUPERNATURAL (Season Premiere) MONDAY, OCTOBER 8 8:00-9:00 PM 90210 (Season Premiere) 9:00-10:00 PM Gossip Girl (Season Premiere) WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10 8:00-9:00 PM ARROW (Series Premiere) 9:00-10:00 PM SUPERNATURAL THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11 8:00-9:00 PM THE Vampire Diaries (Season Premiere) 9:00-10:00 PM Beauty And The Beast (Series Premiere) TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16 8:00-9:00 PM Hart Of Dixie 9:00-10:00 PM Emily Owens, M.D. (Series Premiere) FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19 8:00-9:00 PM AMERICA’S Next Top Model: COLLEGE EDITION 9:00-10:00 PM Nikita (Season Premiere) I really hope holding everything back until October works for them but idk, could've been better such as why is Emily Owens starting two weeks after Hart Of Dixie - I assume HoD must have a 24 episode order and Supernatural has 23?
June 29, 201213 yr Interesting schedule there from the CW. Odd that two of them premier much earlier than any of the other shows. (unless as Jack says they have larger orders.) Going to be interesting to see if holding it all back to start last rather than first will work for them. They might benefit (with their new shows) from people giving up on some of the new shows they picked up in September and going to the CW rather than playing catch up with a series on another channel.
July 25, 201212 yr Deadline reports that ABC is swapping 'The Neighbors' & 'Suburgatory' (could explain why they're the only network not to announce launch dates yet). I'm all for this idea as 'The Neighbors' looks so awful and could be a waste of the post-Modern Family timeslot and hopefully this will boost Suburgatory into a bigger hit. :D Could also help Nashville.
July 25, 201212 yr oooh... Person Of Interest is coming to Channel 5 - 14 Feb (Tuesdays) 9pm the CSI Miami slot. It looks pretty good.
July 25, 201212 yr Author ABC putting Suburgatory in the post-MF slot would be AMAZING. Oh god it has to happen.
