'Miss Atomic Bomb' is a strange choice considering what they have to offer, but it's not exactly a terrible choice. I literally love every track from the album so maybe my biasedness is getting in the way a little. :lol:

Same here, I can't be objective cause I love the band and the album is perfect for me.

Apparently they worked with Daniel Lanois! Suddenly this album has my interest :o

I've listened to it once so far, it all seemed to merge into one. Will give it another couple of listens till I rule it out because I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing!

It did for me on first listen, I like it more than "Day & Age" although I wouldn't take it over "Sam's Town".

It's a cohesive album you'll want to hear in full, not many standout tracks, other than Flesh & Bone, The Rising Tide, Carry Me Home.

So many standouts for me. It's definitely my second favourite album from them now! 'Flesh & Bone', 'The Way It Was', 'Here With Me', 'Carry Me Home' and 'Prize Fighter' (You guys don't understand how ANNOYED I am at that (and to a lesser extent CMH) that is just a bonus track! :drama:)

 

Looking forward to seeing them live so much though :wub:

"The Way It Was", "From Here On Out" and "Battle Born" for me. "Prize Fighter" should have been able to make it on as well, I'm thinking this would be a really good trimmed version:

I decided the other day, that I want nothing but 'Battle Born' to open the tour with! It sounds like it'd be an amazing tour opener!

I have a feeling they'll open with "Runaways" as they did on their Amex Unstaged concert. My ideal tour opener would be "Flesh And Bone", though.

Anybody else going to their tour in about a week or less? I'm going on the 3rd and I'm so PUMPED! Just seen that Tegan & Sara are the support act. Anyone else supporting them, or is it just them?

I'm praying for them to come to Argentina. They've already been here twice promoting Sam's Town in 2007 and Day & Age in 2009, so I don't see why they wouldn't come this time around. Fingers crossed!

Guys! I'm really coming round to 'Miss Atomic Bomb' becoming a single now. Like, so, so much! It's so good! It's very 'Human' meets 'When You Were Young' (certainly no bad thing in my books!). After watching the AMEX performance of it, it sounds like it's going to be absolutely anthemic to hear live!

Have they filmed the video yet?

Besides hugging Brandon, the whole night was immense. They are just as good (probably BETTER) than i ever imagined them to be. They were on mighty fine form! Brandon is so happy and overwhelmed by it all. I got emotional during 'When You Were Young' and that was the point it hit me, that I was actually at a Killers concert, watching my idols! He's seriously the coolest (and most handsome :P) man I have ever seen! I'm actually getting withdrawals and desperate to see them again!!!
