Well, no one really knows what's going to happen in the future. For all we know, they may get a spot on Ellen or decide to go on a radio tour

The promotion proccess in reality hasn't happened. The show is just to INTRODUCE them to the North American market. I doubt a record company would sign & invest money on an act and not support it with promotion. Until after months of promotion, no one can determine whether they have succeeded or "flopped." A word many people seem to enjoy using.

It's probably just more frustrating for people here as this will be the first time they've monitored a songs success so closely, as they love The Sats and they're their favourite band etc.. So people are definitely following this with a UK chart mentality. I also get what Jay is saying though.

However I do think 'Glad You Came' had peaked before it's use on Glee, it's just Glee used it so soon after it peaked I think (could be wrong and I'm getting it mixed up with 'What Makes You Beautiful'...)

Well in reality The Wanted at the time only had like one major platform for Glad You Came, they had been doing radio tours & gigs all over US. So Glee was a very large platform for them cause after that the song went to the top 10 on itunes (and billboard) & eventually they landed more TV spots (American Idol, Billboard Awards ect). That being said, they did have Scooter Braun working for them so not sure it's the best example lol. Anwyays what The Saturdays need is a major platform like The Voice or American Idol.

I doubt they'd get The Voice or American Idol if they can't land any of the reality singing contestants over here.

Apparently marvin and rochelle aren't going to be together for valentines day because she's in LA with the rest of the saturdays so, maybe more promotion?
Why are people still posting in this thread when a new thread has been made?
