Kinda itching for some sort of news/teasers about the single now they've started talking about it a little bit. I really hope Frankie means it when she says it could be their best song, they really need to start killing it in all areas now there's a plethora of girlbands coming on the scene.

To be honest, I still think The Saturdays have no reason to be jealous or anything. Black Heart, Wings and Light Me Up have nothing on tracks like Up, Ego, Higher or All Fired Up. I don't think the girls from StooShe dance, but I might be wrong. The Sats are still better dancers than Little Mix. Rochelle and Una have nothing to be ashamed of. Their vocals are amazing. Vanessa and Mollie either, but I guess they could step up their games a bit. Frankie is still the hottest of them all.

Seriously. If they could have lot of airplay, you will see how successful they can be...

The great thing about the UK Girl Band scene at the moment, is that each group is musically different. There is literally a place in the market for all of these. The Saturdays, Little Mix, StooShe, MKS, and Parade (Light Me Up is fantastic, no one can deny that). Each of these bands upcoming single's are different from each other. Stooshe's 'Black Heart', Little Mix's 'Wings', then we have yet to hear The Sats and MKS. There shouldn't the whole dynamic of "well they sound exactly like this group right now" because they don't.

I think the competition, and some injected faith from the US have pushed them to come up with something fantastic. If the cards are played right, this will be a "biggie" as the girls described it.

I'm still addicted to your Sats megamix 2ndAdventure............pure brilliance.

I'd love to hear an updated version.......... :P

Thank you! :), I would love to work on an updated one at some point!

Who are MKS? And I'll be the first then to say I don't like Light Me Up!

Sugababes 1.0. I forgot their names LOL. I know there's Kesha.

And yeah, musically, they bring something different indeed.

MKS = Mutya Keisha Siobhan

I agree with what's been said, really. All girl groups are doing something different and there's a place for each of them, I just hope The Sats don't get overshadowed...

I think it migh actually work in their favour, yes there might be a few other girlbands around but the fact there are more girlbands means that they are more 'in' now and therefore have a better chance of.good airplay. I don't think they'll have a long running hit like Black Heart or anything but I'm staying optimistic. I know we say this every time but there does seem to be better circumstances this time.
So apparently Sean Paul is featured on the single? Since some dancer posted on Twitter she was at a video shoot with them.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK

Can we have The Saturdays feat. Sean Paul as the title?!!!

Also what a brillo idea for an American launch, guest rapper, current, should have a big of a dance hall/reggae sound?! *PRAYS FOR SIMILARITIES TO SPICE GIRLS' 'WALK OF LIKE*

nooo its good.. remember Flo/Higher... at least we may get like two weeks top ten lol

Is Sean Paul even relevant in the US? His last two singles went to #78 and #84 and the last time he went top 40 there was in 2006.

I'd rather they don't have him on the track. This pretty much cheapens it and it's kinda killed my excitement for it now.

Did you have any excitement for it ? You've been quite negative about them recently.

I think this could be either good or bad. We'll see. I'm pretty sure there would a Saturdays-Only version. Oh and apparently Sean Paul next single comes out in January 2013...We'll see...

Sean Paul?!? Oh dear, he's a worse rent-a-rapper than Travie McCoy  He is quite relevant in Europe though so it could help them there I suppose, US no chance. Like Shadow said he hasn't been top 40 off his own back since 2006, so you can't expect his name to push a totally unknown over there girlband high up in the charts.
I wonder what 2ndAdventure has to say about it...Did he know ?!

Yes, actually.

But come on now, Sean Paul? How are they supposed to establish themselves if they're renting a rapper for their debut single?

I just pray the song is fantastic. If it's another '30 Days' then I don't know what to think.
