HE'S GOT THE MOVES! Robbie Williams shows off his dad dancing in lockdown with his family

ROBBIE Williams has showed off his ‘dad dancer’ moves while in lockdown with his family.

The star, 46, posted a video of himself dancing along to Billy Joel’s ‘My Life’ on his Instagram page.

Wearing a grey tracksuit, Robbie danced from side to side, showed off some of his ‘dad dancer’ hand moves and clapped along to the music.

Fans were delighted with his performance.

One wrote: “Loving those moves Rob”.

Another said: “Defo Dad dancing lol.”

A third added: “Ha ha brilliant”.

Robbie and wife Ayda Fields have continued to entertain their followers during coronavirus lockdown, with ‘coronaoke’ musical sessions, hilarious home workouts and funny videos.

They've also kept fans entertained with their hilarious home workouts

While entertaining themselves in lockdown, Robbie and Ayda have given fans a sneak peek inside their lavish household where they are home-schooling their kids.

The couple's Beverly Hills home boasts 22 bathrooms and ten bedrooms.

The Los Angeles mansion also has a home gym, huge gardens, a tennis court and swimming pool.

In April, Robbie said he was struck down with virus symptoms while in quarantine following a cancelled gig in Australia.

He said: “When I landed back in LA it was unusually cloudy and grey, and what with everything going on it did feel very apocalyptic.

“I was in quarantine in an Airbnb down the road from my family and started worrying about food, about my medication running out, about Beau and my family, and was just very fearful for a couple of days.

“Then I could feel my body was getting lethargic and tired and heavy and I convinced myself I’d got coronavirus.”

The star says his symptoms disappeared after he “got down on my knees and prayed”.

“I thought about my wife and family. Within 30 seconds I had lifted my vibration and was in love.

“And you know what? The symptoms went away and the fear went away.”

The newly spiritual Robbie credits daily mediation for helping him to keep on the level during lockdown.

Wife Ayda also said the hardest bit about isolation was “making sure we don’t slip into our own dark holes”.

“That’s why Rob’s been doing his coronaoke, trying to lift spirits, make people smile and give back a bit, and why I’ve been doing my workout videos using rosé bottles. Just moving is so important.”

ROBBIE Williams will rejoin Take That again for an online lockdown concert to help raise the nations spirits and aid charities.

The gig will see him join the three remaining band members for a lockdown reunion nearly three decades after the release of their first album Take That & Party.

Angels singer Robbie, 46, Gary Barlow, 49, Mark Owen, 48, and Howard Donald, 52, are said to have agreed a “huge undisclosed” fee with financial services giant BGL Group, which owns Compare the Market, to make the virtual gig happen.

They will perform from “their homes to yours” in the first Meerkat Music show.

Hundreds of voluntary sector organisations are in danger after donations more than halved since the coronavirus outbreak.

And the concert will raise funds and awareness for creative music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins and also Crew Nation, which has been launched to help support concert crews globally during the pandemic.

Meerkat Music will launch a week on Friday at 8pm on the CompareTheMeerkat YouTube channel and Facebook Live.

The show will see the Take That boys play their classic hits live from their homes.

A close source told The Sun that discussions surrounding the collaboration had been taking place for weeks, and said: "The amount of money involved to make this happen is hundreds of thousands of pounds.

“The gig will go out into people's homes over the internet and each band member will be performing from their own homes so they won't actually be together.

They can't be physically reunited because of travel restrictions and corona rules but it is still them all coming together to perform their hits, something no one has seen in a long time.”

Take That said: “This is a world first for us! Reuniting with our old friend online for a one-off performance! It’s always great getting back together with Robbie and we are really excited to be part of this unique show that everyone can enjoy from home.

“We are also delighted to be supporting Nordoff Robbins and Crew Nation around this show, two charities very close to our hearts.”

Robbie added: “I am really looking forward to performing with the boys again — it’s always a pleasure.

“Nordoff Robbins and Crew Nation are both such brilliant charities and I’m thrilled to be supporting them around this show.

“If we can’t go to the stadium…we’ll bring the stadium to us.”

Last month Gary and Robbie reunited for a duet from their homes amid the ongoing coronavirus lockdown.

The singers performed the duet on their webcams as they sang a rendition of their 2010 single Shame.

Alongside the video, Gary wrote: 'Sorry to have made you wait so long for this one. Yes the dynamic duo return.

'Thank you @robbiewilliams for taking the time to be part of this. Big hugs (virtually of course) #thecroonersessions.'

Gary and Robbie, 46, co-wrote Shame together for Robbie's second greatest hits album, In and Out of Consciousness: Greatest Hits 1990-2010.

He joined the boyband when he was 16 but quit in 1995 at the peak of the group's career.

The group split the next year but reformed without Robbie in 2005 while he pursued his uber successful solo career.

The group are not set to be joined by former member Jason Orange, 49, who left the group in 2014.

He did join them again for their Progress album in 2010 and for various performances afterwards.

Angels hitmaker Robbie recently spoke on talkSPORT radio and hinted that the group may reunite in five years' time.

He said: 'I’ve got so many ideas I want to do and so many things I want to fulfil that I know what I am doing for the next five years, and it doesn’t involve Take That.'

But he added: 'Yes, I do want to do another gig with Take That.'

The whole article could be B *****ks - but that bit made me smile.

I'm not understanding how they've been paid a "huge undisclosed fee" but it's for charity?

Are Meerkat Music making the donation to charity based on advertising?

I think that the article might we typical tabloid style, but that there is a core of truth.

He is a realist when it comes to business. he knows that the imperial days are over. He might have a hit here and there again like the oldies often have some years in. However, he also knows that despite his long career he is not on the legend level. He was always too mainstream for that. To keep it going he has to explore new fields and he has the connections, the ideas if it is Simon Cowell or John de Mol and also the financial connections and connections to the studios. If he wants it he can do it.

The idea must be good.

I saw a bit of this podcast with the ex-army whatever he stands for guy (part 2) when Rob told him that he still worries about money and that he is striping away what is not important to have 'I am still this guy from Stoke'. Good move, however interesting to hear from a guy who is worth 185 million pounds according to the Sunday Times Rich list 2020. I think that there is something about what I read about one of once Germany's richest men (Friedrich Flick): he always feared to loose his billions and the more you are not born in it the more this is the case.

Robbie Williams says he’s terrified he’ll be robbed at home after series of attacks on posh mansions

ROBBIE Williams has admitted he is terrified for himself, wife Ayda Field and their four children at their Los Angeles home.

It comes after a number of celebrities have been targeted by stalkers, muggers and burglars.

Robbie,, said: “I feel there have been a lot of attacks on celebrities. People can say, ‘Well you are all right in your mansions’. Yes, we are, but this is what is happening.”

Fellow LA residents Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande were forced to take out restraining orders after stalkers kept coming to their homes.

Even rapper Eminem confronted an intruder at his home in Detroit last month. And footballers here in Britain are being targeted by thieves, with Tottenham’s Dele Alli the latest to endure a horrific experience when he was held at knifepoint during a burglary.

As a result, some of the Premier League’s aces have hired guard dogs and installed panic rooms to protect themselves.

Robbie’s latest fears are made worse by the deteriorating health of his dad and Ayda’s mum. In a new episode of their podcast, (Staying) At Home With The Williamses, he said: “Ayda’s mum has got cancer.

“My dad has got Parkinson’s and my mum suffers with her mental health and they are thousands and thousands of miles away. That cancer’s growth is not shrinking no matter how many times I show her the swimming pool."

"Real-life things are happening with our parents that are having health issues and we can’t get to them. No matter if you are a celebrity or not, it does not help you with that s**t.”

I really hope Robbie and his family can start to feel safe again as it must be a horrible feeling.

Ain't that the truth?

Thank goodness. ;)

I have a very low regard for "reality TV" in general so for me - this is welcome news. :cheer:

The reality tv thing was never going to happen . | am guessing some kind of live entertainment shows with music , interviews etc , maybe some kind of game shows . Robbie is very old school, your Saturday night family type of show , something along those lines

I can see Robbie doing IAC GMOOH ...not in the near future but at some stage ...

no idea what that is, have to google later. In may reports you hear that people like to have old school back, because it is part of the good times, maybe this will help
