Authors of the track are Robbie and Martin Page.

Do you remember their beautiful The Long Walk Home? ;)

Really liked Robbies voice on that one Alex

Love that song

I really like this song. I would never have recognised Ronan's voice on it.

I think it's beautiful.

Is it just because we have been fans for so long - but I never understand what people find so 'odd' about him.

He's just being his normal animated, honest self isn't he?

Maybe everyone else on TV is really measured and dull.

I read somewhere yesterday how difficult it would be for Rob to do his usual shows in #metoo times and in political correct language time.

Even if the fans would still love it the newspapers would be on it. You have to be boing these days and what the mainstream considers 'normal'. Soetimes I really fear that the Robbie days are over

As long as he does not tour too often Elizabeth he will do fine, there is always a demand for a good live show & nobody can do it quite like the Robster

I hope that couch is burnt somewhere , he got that out when he had that bad back & then thought what a great idea it was , typical Robbie

Really surprised that Robbie sings the first verse

The song is a real grower, I really like it

I thought it was Robbie only at the end?

Yes, Robbie is only at the end and on back vocal in chorus.

That's what I thought Alex.

REAL MADRID

Real Madrid make ex-Take That's Robbie Williams feel small

During an interview about Los Blancos, the English singer and Port Vale fan, expressed his concern that the Spanish giants had outgrown his religion.

"Real Madrid make me feel small as a person." That was the statement that former Take That singer Robbie Williams began his reflections with as part of the Amazon Prime documentary on Toni Kroos.

Williams' penis shrinks thinking of Real Madrid

The Port Vale fan, famous post his boy band successes for hits such as Feel, Angels and Rock DJ among many others, then elaborated on his relative size compared to that of the trophy laden Spanish giants by saying Los Blancos "make me feel like I have a small penis."

As Williams continued about the perception being that the Premier League is the best in the world, his concern was that Real Madrid had even grown beyond football itself, a sport that has become his religion. "I don't want there to be other Gods that are bigger," he concluded.

With a record 13 European Cups in the trophy cabinet, it's maybe not surprising that some people believe Real Madrid Rule the World.

Port Vale reveal new 2020/21 home kit in collaboration with Robbie Williams

The Errea kit has been partly designed by Robbie Williams, club owner Carol Shanahan and her son Patrick before being approved by manager John Askey.

It's available on sale from tomorrow.

Vale say: "Port Vale Football Club is proud to unveil our home kit for the 2020-21 Sky Bet League Two season…

"Produced by Errea in collaboration with Robbie Williams, the unique “V” patterned home strip takes on classic Vale colours in the form of Black and White, with Gold trim.

"The design process was a team effort – Robbie Williams’ ideas were developed by the Port Vale team of Patrick Shanahan and Club Chair Carol Shanahan, with the Gaffer (John Askey) giving the final seal of approval for the kits to be worn by our players.

"Fans will see the letters W, N, E woven into the design on the back of the shirts echoing the Gaffer’s ‘Want, Need, Expect’ mantra: If we WANT to win, we NEED to prepare properly and get everything right and then we can EXPECT to win.

"Want. Need. Expect.

"While Synectics Solutions remains the front of shirt sponsor, we are delighted to announce commercial partnerships with Staffordshire University (Back of Shirt sponsor) as well as Global QA Consultants (Back of Short sponsor).

"While the original plan was to launch the kit on the date of Robbie Williams’ charity concert at Vale Park (20/06/20), the postponement of the gig due to the Coronavirus pandemic forced a change of plans...

"Following a hugely successful first campaign since the Shanahan family took the reins at Port Vale, we invite you to continue this remarkable journey with us.

Club Chair Carol Shanahan said: “Your club has led the way in supporting local communities across Stoke-on-Trent throughout the suspension of football fixtures.

“Now football is back, excitement for the new season is building and we hope the release of our home kit whets the appetite of our supporters.

“We’re thrilled with our collaboration with Robbie and Errea. The players love the design and we hope our fans will too.

“We are proud to be Vale. Proud to be Burslem. Proud to be Stoke-on-Trent. Roll on the new season!”

"Remember: Want. Need. Expect.

"Valiants wishing to obtain the new kit ahead of the club shop launch can now do so via our NEW club shop website."

So he didn't turn up to model it but there seems to be a nice buzz about it. :)
