I just read a random comment on Upfront - someone said Max Beesley had just performed Angels on the Nightly Show tonight and Robbie wrote "I love Max". This made me happy because I had an idea they weren't as friendly as they used to be and Max seems like such a good guy.

Reminded me of this lovely moment from Knebworth.

I love it when he says "I can see you, I can feel you all"

This would have been quite a nice article had they not mixed up Knebworth 2003 125k per night with Milton Keynes 2006 60k per night right at the end.

  • 2 weeks later...

There's a competition on Upfront for 50 pairs of tickets to watch the HES tour dress rehearsal in Manchester on 1st June.

It is open to UK Residents only. A lot of members upset from overseas so RW said he's going to do something about it.

He made a lot of people happy tonight which is nice. :)

I cannot afford to go to anymore Robbie stuff so I'm not bothered :) , I go to London the weekend before Robbie comes to Dublin & then then I'm off to the capital to see the man himself in the Aviva stadium, the two weekends are costing me a fortune so I will be on a permanent diet for the remainder of the year :P

I hope he sorts that out as I am sure there are some fans that would love to get their hands on those tickets

I haven't entered because I can't take the time off work. Much as I'd like to. <_<

From what I can gather the competition can't be altered but there will be others in the future open to all.

I was missing not having a monthly update on this.... :P

Poor Jimmy Page, he is fixated with this project

Having said all that I saw a tv last year about all the development in London & the disturbance it is causing . I had trouble with builders a couple of years back, I came out my door one morning & the footpath was gone & the road looked like something from the middle ages, elderly people could not get out of their houses , I found the Engineer in charge 7 i can tell you they sorted it out pretty fast  . They will not forget me in a hurry

Might get this wish sooner rather than later! I saw Max drum for Robbie at Knebworth and on Milton Keynes Monday 2006. Wouldn't it be great if he did a turn on the drums on one of the HES tour dates? B-)

Keith and Paddy: 'We worried we wouldn't be able to do the Dirty Dancing lift again!' http://po.st/PqsTbj via @whatsontvuk

Singer Robbie Williams and presenters Ant and Dec are among the guest stars helping you bring these films to life. What will they be doing?

Paddy: “Robbie plays Egon in Ghostbusters and Ant and Dec are Ewoks in Return of the Jedi. All the really meaty stuff we gave to proper actors like Stephen Tompkinson, Michelle Keegan, Anna Friel, Sarah Parish and Will Mellor. They all played it dead straight and totally got into it, so we could just mess about around them.”

Keith: “I found it really difficult working with Myleene Klass in Jaws because she was so hideous to look at in her bikini!”

Paddy: “In Ghostbusters, Robbie actually hurt his back coming down the fireman’s pole. We filmed that just before he was due to be a guest judge on talent show Let it Shine and we read in the press afterwards that: ‘Robbie Williams has pulled out after injuring his back’. That was because of us!”

:o
