Friday Update Top 40 Only

Singles

1 will.i.am/Eva Simons (83k)

2 Chris Brown (66k)

3 Maroon 5/Wiz Khalifa

Wowzers!!! :o Sales for 'Payphone' really have crashed after an impressive 141k sold last week. Was thinking Maroon 5 might sell another 90-100k but it's looking likely to sell 70k (so a 50% decrease) :o Think it's safe to say this ain't going to sell anywhere near as much as #2 hit (and million seller) 'Moves Like Jagger'.

I wonder how 'Payphone' would've fared had it been released about 4 weeks ago instead. Certainly would've meant the fake version wouldn't have stolen its thunder. :kink:

You know what i ment Ben :o :P , I might like official top 40 albums, Thats 'normal album chart' to me!

But yes i thought it be in the 'Compilation charts' and not the 'Artists chart' aka ''Normal Chart'' :P

Not sure if its been mentioned but they separated various artist compilation albums from the main album Chart in the late 80's or early 90's. I think it was because the NOW compilations were preventing other artists from getting the recognition of having a UK number 1 album.

Bad news folks, This is Love was deleted for 24 hours yesterday, meaning Chris can catch-up.

But we're still thinking Will and Eva can get to No.1 and stay there for another week after?
