She's back - and returns to the sound which made her first two albums successful! :cheer:

 

 

Her new album is titled Soul Sessions Vol.2, which also bodes well for her original fans. :)

I'm 172% sure the single won't even grace the Top 200. As for the album and sales being as low as they are, she might be able to muster up a Top 40, maybe even Top 20 album I guess...

 

Shame she has no reputation left after that 'performance' at the BRITs. :( I actually really enjoyed the last couple of singles I heard from her!

Lets hope she has a grip on reality this time.

I have her first Soul Sessions album but won't be buying this one. How many of her cover song albums does one really need :lol: I'm not really interested in singles, preferring to buy albums.

Well, up to now I've found them much better than the ones that *weren't* covers!

 

I just checked on iTunes & Amazon, and you can't even listen to clips of the new songs from SS2, so there's no way I'm ordering it before I can.

Given how the albums of her own material totally bombed, that doesn't exactly sound like a bad thing... :)

Perhaps. It would seem some people do better with cover songs - Michael Buble` seems to do ok :P
