Ha! This is exactly what I was thinking. I wonder if anybody else outside of this forum is excited about the prospect of Call Me Maybe soaring over a million copies 4 days sooner than it would've done because of the sex tape.

It's true. I mean of all songs E.T? Really?!?!? Teenage Dream would have made more sense!

 

E.T. is SO much better as a sex song than Teenage Dream, especially for people who have alien roleplay fetishes.

I saw Ai Se Eu Te Pego on iTunes ages ago, unless they've taken it off or something. It was doing pretty poorly here before, even in the US it was doing better than here.

 

Also, in the sex tape they used Backseat by New Boyz/The Cataracs/Dev. They have really good taste in music at least! :lol:

Cheryl's next single is Under the Sun, which is also a brilliant song, but I doubt it will be a #1 contender. It's currently #201 on iTunes.

 

However, a Little Mix, Cheryl, Tulisa top 3 would be incredible, since all those songs are great, but I doubt that'll happen.

Cheryl may miss out, the album's already released and it's a long period between annoucement and video, and then release

Tulisa, on the other hand, is doing it in a short period.

It will be probably be 2 weeks by the time Livin' It Up debuts.

 

I just cant see it - XF acts are all having diminishing returns of late... Misha B, Matt , Diana, Aiden, Cher, JLS, Alexandra are all under performing (in the UK Charts) - I cant see why LM will be any different - the only XF act that seems to be having major chart success is Olly... and I guess Rebecca in album terms - however have to see how Album 2 goes... oh and obviously One Direction - however even them barring WMYB haven't exactly done brilliantly single wise - their 2nd single bombed - even with an XF performance - albumswise, again I would say considering the humongous hype surrounding them they've underperformed in the UK

What makes people think Cheryl's post album single is a #1 contender? Realistically I think it'll be more like #13 or so...

I wasn't watching it for that believe me :lol: Tulisa and Carly Rae Jepsen are the opposite to my type if you catch my drift ;)

 

Anyway, I think they're going for a proper release with ASETP then, it was on iTunes and got to something stupid like #387 but it's been removed I think and will probably be sent to TV and radio. I doubt it will be big here though, it will probably 'do an Alors On Danse' at the very best.

 

And as for Cheryl, I think Under The Sun should probably go top 10, but no higher than #6/#7 tbh.
