Great to see all three of these climbing. Turn Up The Love should go top 10 shortly! :D

Glad Home Run is holding up well. :D It's definitely a grower.

I like Cheryl, but for me Under The Sun is so dull. Can't see it lighting up the charts at all.

Two versions, how is that if the single won't be out until 2nd September?

Is one from the standard album and one from the deluxe album?

 73. Muse // Survival

 362 Delphic // Good Life

The Delphic song needs to get a move on - soooo much better than Muse's. Though I think Elton VS PNAU is the best Olympics song

70 Muse/ Survival

95 Mark Ronson & Katy B/ Anywhere In The World

287 Heather Small/ Proud

344 Delphic/ Good Life

How much of an effect do people think the opening ceremony will have?

Pretty big after the jubille concerts impact - its one of those events that everyone watches gauranteed - 15-20 million viewers id say!!
The Olympics concert should have as much of an effect as the Royal Jubilee concert if not more (the Olympics probably appeal to much more of the population than the Jubilee I'd imagine).

A very large effect, although diluted, as part of the benefit will fall into next week.

Dreamers by Rizzle Kicks may start climbing - although like the zillionth single from the album - vid is now out

It won't do well, previous single Traveller's Chant flopped.

Whilst I dont think it will set the charts alight, I think it could do ok

Traveller's Chant flopped mainly due to MDTH being so popular and still selling by the bucket load, therefore its release got overshadowed. Thats what happens when you have a HUGE single - look aty Gotye with his folloow up.

Does anyone think there will be a "Gary Barlow - Sing" style rise to the top of the itunes chart for any of the songs that will be performed at the opening ceremony?

I doubt it, but I hope it causes a lot of chart movement, and boosts maybe like 3 song into the top 10.

I think the opening ceremony will be the most watched T.V programme of all time in the U.K even beating the 1966 world cup final.

I think if a song is used a lot during the opening ceremony we could be hearing it on Sunday's chart show :D
"We'll Be Coming Back" is number 1 on Ireland! I wish the UK were smart enough but they have no chance against the worst song of the year - Wiley.

Wow, I'm really surprised at We'll Be Coming Back being #1 in Ireland, I was certain it'd flop there! (Wiley is at #19, doing about as well as I thought he would). Hopefully a good sign Cavin could still beat Wiley to #1 here but I won't hold my breath.

Incredible Irish top 3! Calvin/Example, Florence and Of Monsters And Men (so Calvin kind of has both of the top 2).
