someone wrote it wasn't her own decision actually.

But none of the little mix members wear hooped gold earings or burberry caps or say things such as "sweet mate", "your a liberty" or "let's fackin ave it".

If Ciara, Missy Elliot, Nelly Furtado and Christina Aguilera formed together to make a girl group, then maybe.

So according to the "48 hour rule?" of itunes does this mean Lucy's song will be out of the itunes chart on Wednesday? because it's still at #2 now even though it's been deleted.

That's strange... an hour ago it wasn't in the top 10 (was deleted and disappeared completely) and now suddenly back at #2 :o

And the album is available again.

Has she put some sort of voodoo on itunes or what

I don't think we're sure what the 48 hour really is, or if it exists afaik. Thinking about it though you've made a good point, this is the first case like this I can remember so it could provide solid evidence for what the 48 hour thing really is.

If they remove a song from iTunes it will disappear immediately from the chart (something that it's not there, can't chart), but if a song will be made album only it will still chart until its sales last wether it's 24 or 48 hours. So we won't see that as an evidence this time :(

We had some songs before getting deleted on iTunes. Usually they just disappear from the feed straight away, but sometimes you see them slowly falling down the chart. Like millions of versions of We No Speak Americano, and All Time Low by The Wanted, which I definitely remember stayed in the iTunes chart for over 24 hours after its deletion.

Eric, wasn't those songs made album only, or pre-order only songs? Because if they delete something it should disappear immediately (because it's not there, just an empty space - sorry I can't express it better)

On bigtop40.com when you click on the play sign next to Lucy's song it doesn't take you to the album/EP like it does for the rest of the top 10.
Even though Lucy's still at 2, you can't buy the song as the album has been deleted, so it will likely just fall down the chart

Just checked and I could still find her album and songs on iTunes. :o

Maybe they just blocked the process of buying a song?

Well whatever  Nice to see RIP back in the top 30 :cheer:

If only they did. :( I'd like them so much more. Album to be called 'Let's Fackin 'Ave It' please.

Yeah, last time I checked Lucy completely vanished from the iTunes charts. Now she's back at #2 but if you click on it (and the album) it says it's not currently available in the UK store.

Still available on Amazon MP3.

Also, she'll end up getting quite hated like Cher Lloyd, Diana Vickers, Misha B, every attractive young male, that ditzy girl from last year who was a Lady Gaga tribute act, etc. Every time on X Factor when a contestent get a lot of hype early on, soon people start to hate them because they think they're overrated, "don't get the hype", and so on. The same will happen to Lucy, if she stays in for much longer. She'll be very hated soon imo.

I think with Cher it was because she actually gave off a very bad persona, like she thought the world owed her something.

It got worse throughout the show I think.

The We No Speak Americanos were all from compilation albums. So those would've been made album-only I guess. It's probably annoying for a record company to try and hold back a song that's destined to end up on millions of dance compilation albums.

Not sure about All Time Low, but I definitely remember watching it drop out the top 1000 (it was "released" on iTunes briefly before it was supposed to be). I'm sure someone like Bre will remember this too.

Well iTunes can make things work very weird

Has the feed maybe reverted? It's a bit odd that it's back to showing up again but you can't buy it....
