On Twitter people are saying Little Mix are Number 1? Yet on my feed they're 46?

Public Enemy will go back into the top 10 if they get knocked out once the paralympics start next Wednesday.

Little Mix are #1... in Ireland :P

It won't take much to get the fastest-selling #1? I think they'll need to get over 150,000, which is a LOT imo.

It is a lot, but considering they're quite a well received winner and have a decent song I'd be hoping for 160-175k at least. I guess their winning single only just went past 200k, so I might be asking for a bit too much, but I think I'd be disappointed with much less than 150k.

Lucy is Lucy Spraggan who auditioned on the X Factor tonight with her own song 'Last Night' which is from her album that is available on iTunes! She also performed a second song on the Xtra Factor! :D

Looks like #1 is in the bag for Little Mix! :wub:

Actually quite happy for Little Mix. They can all sing & the song is catchy. :)

I wouldn't be surprised to see 'Last Night' by Lucy Spraggan climb up iTunes tonight! She's being heavily hyped on the X Factor and she apparently performed 'Last Night' from her album at her audition and being shown tonight apparently!

 

Here's the video for the song if anyone is interested, she's a bit Lily Allen/Kate Nash I guess!

I'm shocked that people think Little Mix will be anything but #1, the video has almost 6 million views on Youtube and there's a huge amount of buzz around them.

 

The same 'buzz' that caused their XF-winning song to bomb (relatively speaking)?

 

So what? how much does a song around the top 40 sell? around 8,000 copies?

 

The 2012 average is ~7.6k

Well, his trial is in January, and if he's found guilty he'll be in prison for up to 6 months.

 

I wasn't even aware he'd been arrested/charged with anything.

I just noticed Public Enemy are top 10!!!

 

I finally got round to checking them out on Youtube, and as you can probably guess, immediately regretted it. :drama:

 

Don't give that 'how could you not know who they are' look :P - their hits were apparently late 80's & 90's, precisely the period when I wasn't following music (not that I would have had any interest in them if I had been, admittedly).
