HBO has renewed GIRLS for a 3rd Season according to Lena Dunham. Maybe it was a joke though, God knows she has NO SENSE OF HUMOUR WHATSOEVER.

I need to start watching that one, don't I? It seems to be generating some buzz. Oh and Dunham (not Olivia (thank you for reminding Fringe is now OVER :cry: )) won the Golden Globe so she must be at least GOOD. :D

Oh I'm sure you'll love it. I was ALMOST won over by mid S1, but everyone is just so UTTERLY HATEFUL and whether it's a realistic depiction of 20 y/o's or not it ain't pleasant to watch.

I thought 'The Following' was very good! The only disappointment I had was Kevin Bacon. He wasn't very likeable for me and was pretty dull in his role. He should have been the most interesting/most likeable and charismatic, imo. But I really liked it overall. Think I'll definitely be sticking with this!

Kevin Bacon also overacted a bit. Especially in that scene where he was at Sarah's house

after she was abducted.

 

The gay couple was so pretty it's such a shame they are heartless bast*rds.

 

I also definitely didn't expect Maggie Grace's character to die :(

She's still got a big role to play as part of flashbacks though hasn't she? :( I love her, easily my highlight of the pilot.

It should be safe. All the other comedies either rate lower than it or is the Office which ends this year.

30 Rock is ending next Thursday so I don't even know what to think looking at those ratings :( I WANT AT LEAST 2 MORE SEASONS TBH.

Why do you keep HARPING ON about this? It's not as if the ratings are putting it in the danger zone. 1.7 is great for an NBC comedy.

 

The 2011-2012 season of 30 Rock had the same ratings. And it's going away for good in a week. Do the math.

30 Rock is more expensive to make. Plus you said yourself that was last season. So at the very least Parks & Rec will get one more.
