Yes, although they already recorded it the day they did the press conference.

On their official website it says -

The girls are excited to be chatting live with BBC Breakfast. They will be discussing all things from their new single, album and their upcoming tour!

Don’t miss it, they will be on at 6.50am, 7.50am and 8.50am!

Early wake up call!

The credits on the Something New promo are interesting:

Published by EMI/Nicola Roberts Music/Stripe Music/Warner Chappell/Xenomania

The webiste can say shit, we have a pic of the interview, it was recorded on 19th October.

Either way I'm still looking forward to it

I saw this picture of them at the Radio 1 studios with Grimmy:

I have to say, what's happened to Sarah Harding?!

She looks like that woman from America who was addicted to surgery...

Nicola, on the other hand, is looking amazing!

Absolutely adore this single, can't stop playing it at the moment!

Didn't Sarah do something to her lips?

Nicola and Cheryl.

Guys is it true that this single is now released on Friday? Or is that BS?
Well iTunes has it's expected release down as this Friday (16/11/12). On one hand I hope it's correct (MAXIMISE THAT CHILDREN IN NEED PROMO etc.), but on the other hand, it'll wreck any chances this had at making #1... :(
Olly Murs EP says "Expected Nov 16, 2012" as well. I'm pretty sure they just have the Irish release dates included for some reason.

It's not just the Irish release dates, but iTunes always have the first available date of a product down when it's already available (and as this is first released in Ireland, they obviously can't differentiate). I think there was something similar with Paloma Faith's "Never Tear Us Apart".

My CD single has been dispatched! I'm not sure how good Universal are with delivery, but should it be here by Saturday?
