They couldn't have done much worse! I think A1 would have been low top ten or mid-table with that song, it was very strong!

I so thought the pic was of A1, Blue didn't even cross my mind lol
I have to say, I only thought it was Blue after I saw that Amazon item. The guys on the end do look as though they could be Anthony Costa and Duncan James, but none of them look black so I'm not 100% sure. I guess the one next to 'Duncan' could be Simon...

My way of deducting it...looks like 4 piece male boyband who had to be big back then...the only 2 i could think of is A1 and Blue, But A1 are no longer a 4 piece so the only other option would be blue...cant see it being westlife as they only split last year.

Not particularly thrilled that Blue have jumped aboard. Don't get me wrong, I liked them too, but I'm feeling invested in the other six groups, and I'd rather see more of them. Blue suddenly joining the party just seems out of place to me.
Interesting that Lindsay from B*Witched said that they lost momentum because there was a six month gap between the end of their first era and start of their second. Ok perhaps that's a lifetime for a bubblegum pop act but surely the writing was on the wall when Blame It On The Weatherman dived from #1 to #9?

I don't think they lost momentum because of 'Blame It On The Weatherman' dived from 1 to 9, the album had gone double platinum (I think?) in the UK. I think it was their image change / trying to be more adult. They should have waited to change their image for their third album. Unfortunately, as much as I love it, 'I Shall Be There' was the nail in the coffin :( I don't know WHY they released it over Christmas.

Holy crap Blue have been added??! :woot: still wish A1 had been part of this, when I was 12 I was going to marry Ben Adams  and like someone else said in this thread it could have boosted them back in UK market
I still think they should have represented us in ESC with 'Don't Want to Lose You Again' in 2010! :( They lost out to that dreadfully, dull 'My Heart Is Yours' in Norway's Melodi Grand Prix final thing, but I do believe they would have performed better than Didrick did in the final.

THIS. If Blue can be there despite being together and successful in Europe, why not A1. That said I'm totally on board with Blue, especially if it means they're going to release their new material here.

"We didn't forget you here at home in the UK and it's been a secret hard to keep. We are excited and pleased to announce we are indeed part of ITV2's "The Big ReUnion" alongside Atomic Kitten, 5ive, 911, BeWitched, The Honeyz & Liberty X. Together with this amazing line up we will be performing live at The Hammersmith Apollo in London for one night only - so don't miss us and all the action on ITV2, Thursday nights."

I hope they are on the tour too! I loved Blue.

Goes against the whole concept of the show!

Not really. As far as the GBP was concerned, Blue split up ages ago. "Didn't they flop in Eurovision or something? They got beaten by tATu" :kink:

What did everyone think of last night's episode? I thought that it was very good and it was also interesting to see everyone in the group's individual relationships with each other! :D
Nice, will be a bit of an unexpected bonus to see Blue live on Tuesday too! I'm sure well just get All Rise, If You Come Back and One Love but I'd love them to perform I Can and Hurt Lovers!
I have tickets for Liverpool 6th row :cheer:
Blue have obviously just jumped on the bandwagon for the shameless promotion of their new record! I'm not sure many people in the UK knew they were back together as it was.
I still wish this show went out on the main itv channel, as the acts would have stood a greater chance of gaining more downloads and exposure.
Has Blue's album actually charted? I hear it's been released in Europe but can't see any chart positions
