November 7, 201213 yr Woo Chase & Status, Ed Sheeran, Mumford & Sons, Plan B/Labrinth and The xx :D And DJ Fresh I guess, strange decision to re-release 'Gold Dust'. Finally gets it onto the R1 playlist after it was ignored first time around (IIRC) though :P
November 7, 201213 yr I seriously don't get the point in re-releasing Gold Dust (albeit with a different vocalist I think), surely Skyhighatrist would be the better choice? (EDIT: Just found out it's the Shy FX Re-edit that's being playlisted and not the version with Ms Dynamite. In that case getting her on the breakfast show to promote the Gold Dust remix was pointless :lol: I did think that the vocalist sounded the same as the original one, now I know that's because it is.
November 7, 201213 yr Purity Ring :o Surpised that they've been ignored by R1 so far. One of my fav alternative albums of the year.
November 7, 201213 yr Alicia Keys and Lana Del Rey in the A-list! :cheer: Two of my favourite songs right now. Good to see P!nk now on the B-list – I heard it for the first time on Radio 1 the other day, so it’s great that it’s FINALLY getting airplay. Shame that Adele is off the playlist – will probably start dropping to low Top 10 after this week on iTunes, and then have a boost from the CD release and video.
