After School - Make It Happen) I felt it would be time to give the Asian part of my country (known as Aquihabare) a shot in the 50th contest. But I thought it might get a bit lost in the field, and I am more than happy with Frida :wub:

I have such bad luck with Soundcloud, Helena Guttara got removed without warning and wasn't available anywhere else :drama:

Depends whether people liked Allein Allein or not really :lol: . I guess it's bad that Young London have blatantly ripped off Polarkreis 18 though, as soon as I heard the song a few months ago I instantly recognised the melody.

 

Having just checked the "Songs Of" thread, Allein Allein finished last but one in it's semi, but I'm really hoping (despite my predictions and odds) that Young London will reach the final as I do like it a lot!

Oh my God, Polarkreis 18! :lol: Completely forgot they existed! The Colour of Snow probably has the worst video ever, and even the song isn't that great. Allein Allein is quite good, though! The Nephew remix is amazing. <3

Ooh I've just listened and they do seem to have ripped them off!

Only in the chorus really and I do happen to think the Young London track is better :P

I've voted. Quite a good semi final. There was a nice variety of music and barely a trashy Europop number to be seen. WOT IS BJSC ANYMORE?!

Because of Crystal Castles' imminence, I keep forgetting that I'm seeing Chad Valley even sooner (tomorrow night). He's supporting Passion Pit alongside CHVRCHES, who were both entered last contest. So all in all, it's coincidentally a very BJSC themed evening!

 

I'm basically gonna be taken aback and try to convince everyone to vote for "Fall 4 U" because of how wonderful it will inevitably be live.
