The original of The Power Of Love didn't make the Top 40? That's a shame, I thought that it was going to be Top 40. :( It's only marginally better than this version, which is a beautiful song. :wub:

What, with the X-Factor winner's single and 'Scream + Shout'?

You had me worried there for a minute - I assumed that meant Bruno was top...

Didn't Next to Me and She Doesn't Mind outsell at least one of the songs which was number one when they were at two with overall total sales?

 

Sean Paul outsold both Katy Perry and Chris Brown, but not Carly Rae Jepsen. And Emeli Sande outsold DJ Fresh but not Gotye.

Nice chart today, I especially enjoyed the Xmas songs!

I think people are vastly overestimating the longevity of "Scream and Shout", I'd expect the first top 3 of 2013 to feature the Justice Collective, Bruno Mars and PSY in some order.
