Over 50 pages in the last one, so it's new thread time!

Here's the schedule for over the Christmas period (and the BBC3 repeats in brackets)

24th December – 9:00–9:35 (10:30)

25th December – 8:45–9:45 (10:45)

26th December – 8:30–9:00 (11:00)

27th December – 8:00–9:00 (10:30)

31st December – 8:00–8:30 (10:30)

1st January – 8:00–9:00 (10:40)

3rd January – 7:30–8:00 (10:30)

4th January – 8:00–8:30 and 9:00–9:30 (10:30)

And then from 3rd January onwards is back the usual schedule I think!

Will the repeats on BBC3 will be pushed back as well?

Edited for you :P Speaking of repeats, when it the omnibus shown at the moment? I know it was moved to the middle of the night whilst the Olympics were on, but it is back on a Sunday morning yet?!

Thanks! :D I've just had a look on BBC iPlayer, and it says the last omnibus was Saturday 8 December, so probably still at night.

Bianca needs a new love partner to bring out her wilder and selfish side where she just does what she wants. The repetitive been broke storyline since she rejoined the show is getting tired now. Patsy is a very capable actress and can handle far better storylines than she is receiving and likewise with Carol. I do like these characters but their storylines have let them down since their return. We have all seen how fantastic these two actresses are when given a strong meaty storyline. Kat has also suffered the same mis fortune since she returned. Hopefully Lorraine Newman will change all this. I noticed lately there is a lot of foreign writers on board, and im not saying this in a racist way, i simply wonder if it is the right move on the basis of what is their understanding of the show and do they fully understand the culture.

Nina Wadia is leaving EastEnders after five years of playing Zainab Masood

- Daily Star

First departure of 2013:

ZAINAB. f***ing hell.

:(

Terrible news really. One of the better characters.

Probably my favourite of the last 2 years. This is gutting. I can't believe the rest of the family are being kept on. Lorraine Newman doesn't seem to have a clue.

Really didn't see that coming. If that's the case they should get rid of the whole family.
Apparently

Nina quit, not just got rid of.

Whether

Nina

quit or not it's still a duff move to keep the rest of them.

She

anchors that family and they'll be lost without

her

She could be good but this Joey storyline has been bloody awful and shows Lauren in a really negative, self-absorbed light. Get a job you silly cow!

I am interested in how the Joey and Lauren relationship will conclude.

I'm not interested in the slightest and wish they both had much less screen time. I used to quite like Lauren too.

Who was watching Eastenders tonight?

That was dramatic, wasn't it? :o
