From Radio Tiimes website

"Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates present performances by Robbie Williams, Emeli Sande, Jay-Z, Rita Ora, Carly Rae Jepsen, Paloma Faith, Florence and the Machine and Conor Maynard. Plus, Rudimental, Sam and the Womp! and Wiley showcase their hits of the summer and Girls Aloud celebrate 10 years in showbusiness. There is also an appearance by the latest X Factor winner and exclusive footage of Coldplay performing their smash hit Paradise, before the duo reveal which song is this year's Christmas number one."

On Christmas Day 2-3pm

I will be watching this :D I don't know exactly who's on but James Arthur is a good guess. And hopefully they don't get Emeli Sande on - I like her but she's been on too many massive TV shows this year + her new single's boring :drama:

EDIT - So Emeli IS performing?

Apart from Emeli and Paloma, it's a great line-up - especially looking forward to seeing Jay-Z, Carly Rae, Girls Aloud, Rudimental, Wiley and SATW (never expected them to be on!)

The show is about the biggest artists of the year... And her new single won't be performed. My guess would be that "Next to Me", "Read All About It (Part III)" and "Beneath Your Beautiful" are performed on one of the two shows.

Weird that Jay-Z's been announced, but not Kanye. They'll probably just use footage from Hackney Weekend.

That's looking better than last year's lineup at least. It seemed almost farcical to have absolutely no acts outside the UK last time as virtually all the actual biggest hits of the year came from overseas, so yay for Jay-Z and especially Carly for agreeing to do it. Good to see dance music much better represented this time too, looking forward to Rudimental & Wiley (and SATW :P )

Would have been nice to see fun and Gotye on there but I guess you can't win them all...

^^ Yeah it would've been nice for them to announce Gotye as the biggest selling single of the year and then have him perform it. But you can't have everything I guess :P

I guess you're right, Emeli has the biggest album of the year so it makes sense to have her on. Out of those three I'd like to hear 'Next To Me' - BYB wouldn't work without Lab and RAAI has just been performed on SPOTY so she shouldn't need to perform it again.

Xmas Day TOTPs is the highlight of the day for me just waiting on your dinner while watching great chart hits. I take it Jay-Z will be a performance from somewhere else - he wasnt in the studio when it was recorded last week, was he|?
Do anyone know if the TOTP2 Christmas special is happening this year or have they cancelled it?

I haven't checked my RTE guide but its usually on at some stage on xmas eve!
It makes sense to have Emeli on, but does anyone really want her there to drone the audience into a coma?
She might do Heaven lol?!

But that was out last year. Though I do agree it's by far her best track-probably due to lack of overexposure.

It's usually on the Wednesday before Christmas, which is today. It's on this Saturday instead though, which is going to be good because The Nation's Favourite Christmas Song on ITV1 is on straight before the show starts, so that should be fun! :D

There's also another show that is on BBC Two tonight - The Christmas #1 Story. It starts at 21:00 and ends at 22:00. It should be fun to watch as well! ^_^

Should have known straight away Emeli would be on this. Still annoyed me though.

Some unexpected and welcome performers - Florence, Rudimental, Wiley and especially Jay-Z. What will he be performing? 'Niggas In Paris' pleasepleaseplease. Not sure what else it would be of course but it's not the sort of song that screams a TOTP performance.

Tulisa is on as well - well the New Years one at least, she tweeted about recording for it or something.

^^ Girls Aloud again? Lol. I can only wish that they'd done the same number of appearances and performances as Emeli has this year.

Girls Aloud are doing Beautiful on Christmas show and Something New on the NYE show.

Oh, that's interesting. I suppose 'Something New' fits more with the New Years Eve party theme, than a ballad would.
