Oh, this list seems a tad disappointing on first look compared to the other contests. :( (I'm not sure what I was expecting to see I guess) Should be a complete doddle working out my points here.

Oh no, I also like most of them (two I really can't stand tbh) but a small few aside that I adore, I wouldn't regard it as an "Ultimate Best" list.

Yep, I'll be surprised if the top 5 don't entirely consist of TBO winners.

I seriously don't get the logic of including Rejects winners in the Ultimate best of BJSC.

 

Would n't it have been better to have included runners up from each TBO.

Then 'Riverside' would have been included. :wub: Grebo 4 BJSC mod pls. :D Almost two years on and I still love Agnes Obel's track (well, I still love 'Black Video' etc...). Don't think I'll ever get sick of listening to such a sublime song.

Because the whole concept of each annual Best Of is to reward the best qualifier AND reject of that 'decade', so it makes sense to include both in this. It's 'ultimate' in that it's the Best Of the Best Ofs, not because we consider them to be of 'ultimate' quality. Besides, some of these rejects are far superior to some of these TBO winners. :P
