Actually you can with downloads too. At least with the applications for sure (I have no experience with music or films yet). You can write an e-mail to Apple that you're not satisfied with the application and you can't use it, they will send the money back.

I'm sure this can work with music as well, if you send an e-mail with mistaken purchase or whatever.

Perhaps you *could* - but it would be so easy to abuse.

Apple would have no way of knowing whether you genuinely bought the wrong music, or are just saying that to get it for free...

Looks like no releases this week that could go top 40. :drama: Other than Clown and Learn To Love Again of course, but they're already top 20 so that doesn't really count. Thrift Shop should easily be #1 :D

1.0000 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Wanz "Thrift Shop"

0.6875 Bingo Players feat. Far East Movement "Get Up (Rattle)"

0.6706 will.i.am feat. Britney Spears "Scream & Shout"

0.6250 Disclosure feat. AlunaGeorge "White Noise"

0.5002 Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko "Stay"

Other than a dull week, nothing new is really happening, depends where Disclosure lands today with "White Noise", if its outside the top 40, it be the highest climber next week inside the 40, and new to the 40, nothing else worth noting, unless Lady Gaga releases mid week [/kidding]
'Stay' has had a really weird run on iTunes, one minute it can be in the top 3 and the next down to #7 or something. She's getting almost as bad as Nicki Minaj with her late video releases too!

Have you experienced that or just state something you have no idea? :D

You can abuse with a physical CD too. You buy it, rip it into your computer and bring it back, that you realised it's not the one you were looking for ;)

463. Marina & The Diamonds - How To Be a Heartbreaker

517. Eric Prydz - Every Day

639. Mikky Ekko - Pull Me Down

1019. Booty Luv - Black Widow

But we won't really know until later next week if there are going to be a few more OA/OS surprise releases - that makes the chart quite interesting IMO.

Isn't 'Change Your Life' out this week?

Yes, I think that it is.

It's  to #16 at the moment.

Beyonce could well be releasing something this week, following her Superbowl performance? At least i hope she does.

And Martin, Gaga isn't releasing anything until March at the earliest ^_^

Hopefully the relatively dead week means another week top 10 for Conor, and more consistency for Lawson.

Same Love is gonna be massive when released, has it been officially released/is it getting an official release?

Same Love is the current number one in Australia and New Zealand but still has not been confirmed as an official single after Thrift Shop anywhere else.

What on How on gods earth is that crap #1?

If you mean it's out as a single, than that's a no. Both listed are cherrypicked from their album (one from the normal, one from the deluxe version) ;)

Combined Live Pop Bars Top 5

#1 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis 'Thrift Shop' 100%

#2 Bingo Players 'Get Up (Rattle)' 62.5%

#3 Will.I.Am & Britney Spears 'Scream & Shout' 60.51%

#4 Disclosure 'White Noise' 59.38%

#5 Taylor Swift 'I Knew You Were Trouble.' 52.21%

Macklemore has had quite a large lead since it hit #1 but I doubt it was enough to get it the top spot this week. However next week is a definite #1 unless Disclosure catches up somehow.

Speaking of Disclosure, White Noise is quite funky.

613. Booty Luv - Black Widow

But they have very similar names? Surely you must know that these mistakes happen regularly? There's no need to take everything so seriously...

Clearly dry humour passes you by somewhat.

I'm sure I've seen Eric Prydz's and Mikky Ekko's songs on iTunes before today.

It's good that Booty Luv still release music. Some people on here seem to think that some pop stars careers will be over if they have one single miss the top 10, but that's not true at all, I'm sure most would carry on even if they had no chart success at all.

Dizzee up to #9! :cheer:
