They have this in the bag, even if Justin overtakes, they're still going to be selling too remember. A 30k gap is HUGE to fill.

 

Off topic: Is 'On Your Radar' a good album? I never downloaded for some reason. Is it as good as the début?

Ugh, that' 12k to do in only one day then? I don't think it's possible, especially as sales are very slow during the middle of the week.

 

If they do though, they might actually do as much as Little Mix!

Wings had much more airplay and much more promotion.

Wings had a lot more hype as well and airplay has only kicked on for What About Us as well, so I think that they're doing well! :D

Which is exactly why if they do get the #1 with better sales, it would be even more amazing. No X-Factor/Popstar behind them, no big promo slot behind them, no big airplay behind them, and still, they are #1 with huge sales. It would definitely make them the biggest gilgroup in the UK right now considering the success they have had in the past without being on a casting show and all, the time they have stayed together, etc.

I'm hoping that they remain on top AT LEAST till Friday evening for Alan Carr and can hopefully snag another #1 on the Big top 40 :D

 

Yeah that chart is utterly pointless but it may help with airplay on Capital for their second release (I'm pretending 30 days never happened :P )

I'm calling 102k by Sunday. Which is pretty phenomenal.

 

But I want 107k+.

Over 100K would be absolutely fantastic considering only the "big" songs ever cross that in a week.

As I said, the prospect of being number 1 has rocketed their airplay as their #13 in the rolling airplay chart (radio) still #11 on Tv but should remain top 10 come sunday!

We should have a party if they do exceed 100K haha. :D

I'm loving the fact that we have moved on from the "will they be #1??" phase and now the topic of the conversation is how much will they sell at #1.

 

I say they will have sold 110k by Sunday: 10k for each day(40k) and 10k extra between Friday and Saturday.

They haven't had any effect in the last few campaigns, so it could be very possible.
