Gabrielle Aplin  10

Little Mix  11

Okay as much as I hate the fact Gabrielle has entered the top 10, I'm kind of glad about it for 2 reasons. 1) HAHAHA at Little Mix dropping out of the top 10 again thus still not catching a break and 2) I told Lee it'd pick up on iTunes and he called me an idiot so SMUG VALUE.

But the fact it's awful outweighs both of those.

I would never call you an idiot --

Very happy Gabrielle has finally made it into the top 10!!
Im happy for gabrielle to as this is so much better than her last single. I see Bruno Mars is looking to have another big hit, his unorthodox jukebox looks likely to sel steadily and i think he will eventually pass a million sales with it, im sure he has a few more single lined up, the record company appear to be taking the same approach as they did with his last album and who can blame them after its huge success.

Interesting that Honeyz have a couple of the highest charting songs from any of the acts on this show. I'm guessing that's down to them being generally a lot less popular than the other acts involved and people are either just discovering them as a band or they're genuine "forgotten classics". I'm inclined to go with the latter. I actually forgot they existed beyond 'Finally Found' until I first read they were set to reunite for this show.

'End of the Line' and 'Never Let You Down' need to be a lot higher than 'Finally Found' though. I find the latter rather bland but the other two are lovely.

Honeyz had a few great single and i would tend to think many people watching the show would not have known about them thus why they are benefiting the most, hopefully they can manage the top 100 at the least now.

I never even heard of The Honeyz before the programme started.

If Harlem Shake had a music video on TV now it would certainly be #1 on iTunes.

Bingo Players - Get Up already looks likely of being a non number one as it's looking likely of only spending 3 weeks top 10.

19. James Arthur - Impossible (Incredible how well this has held up)

27. Zedd Feat Foxes - Clarity (Looks like this should go top 40 this week)

43. Conor Maynard Feat Wiley - Animal (This is dropping fast aswell)

49. Example - Perfect Replacement

50. Devlin Feat Diane Birch - Rewind (Ouch)

81. Ryan O'Shaughnessy - No Name (Why is this top 100?)

92. Olly Murs - Army Of Two

Bingo Players have already sold 161,419 according to vidcapper's thread, so I think they'll be fine.
Oh. -_- Well, Gabrielle deserves to flop so I'm quite pleased with that prediction! :kink: Not the song's success though, how could such a bland piece of trash head into the Top 3. :( It's so boring.

Maybe because not everyone likes angry/edgy music? ;)

I think The Honeyz getting such a boost is because their material isn't as dated as the others.
Oh no, since when did 'Animal' get that low :( Not like Conor ever gets good chart runs, 'Turn Around' started plummeting after seemingly holding up well for a few weeks as well.

There's a fine line between a bland piece of trash and "angry/edgy music".

Speaking of trash in the top 3, WTF @ Bauuer? :drama:
YES for Gabrielle! An awful top ten though, I literally like three songs (Gabrielle, Emeli Sandé and Rihanna, and even then I don't care a lot for Rihanna's song).
Honeyz  Their album's close to the top 50 on iTunes too, I wouldn't pay a fiver for it, go to any charity shop, Poundland or That's Entertainment and get it for a quid! Shame End Of The Line didn't get much exposure on the show, such a gem. Even so it's managed to crawl up to #104! Wow at Never Let You Down and Won't Take It Lying Down top 200 too! :o

If 'fine line' means '50 miles wide'...

e.g. Gabrielle Aplin 'Please Don't Say You Love Me' vs say, Eminem 'Stan'...

Stan is one of the best records ever made. And I say that as a Nolans fan  Music taste is completely individual.
