Lee is on location for her video shoot today and there's LOTS of snow! Watch out for some pictures in the coming days. Eeek, exciting! Leona HQ

From Leona's facebook!! Can't wait for the pictures!

I hope we get a snippet of the lead single!

It's happening! Hope the single is a fun upbeat song (with lots a sleighbells in the backing track)!
Is it confirmed that the first single will be an original? I hope so. She has a lot to live up to as Kelly Clarkson's premiered her single, and it's flawless. I hope Leona delivers (of course she will!) in a very similar way!

That's so funny, as I read this I was listening to Michael Buble's version of Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)! :D Getting in the festive mood thanks to Leona! :cheer:
I'm really excited to hear her version of "Ave Maria". I think it could be vocally outstanding! *_* Argh, I never though I'd say this, but I wish it would be Christmas already.

Single is out in USA on 5th November, Album will be out there 3rd December.

The album CHRISTMAS, WITH LOVE was produced by Biff Stannard and Ash Howes who need little introduction as the team behind hit tracks for the likes of Kylie Minogue, U2, The Spice Girls and Will Young to name but a few.

This is a collection of tracks interpreted in Leona's own unique way, imbued with a playful Motown mood throughout.

In addition to the 7 holiday classics and brand new single “One More Sleep” the album features two other original songs: the hauntingly pretty “Your Hallelujah” (Leona Lewis, Jon Levine, Autumn Rowe, Lauren Christy, and the fun and flirty “Mr. Right” (Richard 'Biff’ Stannard, Camille Purcell, Jez Ashurst, Ash Howes, Leona Lewis).

Leona said, ‘This has been such a busy year for me having been on tour, shooting my first movie and being in the studio. But I cannot wait to get out there this Christmas and perform these songs. I had such fun recording this record and that really comes through in the songs. I am looking forward to spreading a little Christmas cheer!’

Great news that it's getting a US release! I hope everything will go well. :)
Thank you guys SO much for the information. You're all STARS <3

No problem Jonjo

Only thing wrong with this thread is it says 05.12.2013 (US) when the album is out 03.12.2013 in US, "One More Sleep" the single is out 05.11.2013 in US probably where the mix up happened :P

Oops. Indeed (although I definitely had 3rd December in my mind ). Thanks will edit :P
10 songs and only 3 originals is a bit lame. I'm looking forward to this regardless though, I'd rather have "All I Want For Christmas Is You" over "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday" though.
Can't wait to hear her versions of O Holy Night and Ave Maria!
The delicate tones of 'O Holy Night' will be recognisable to fans, who have come to know it as a festive favourite of Leona's, having performed it live many times at Christmas shows.

'Ave Maria' is delivered in spine-tingling perfection as Leona reminds us once again why she places in the vocal elite. It is a special moment for her voice to be heard in such grandeur.

Elsewhere there is the moving rendition of 'Silent Night' with echoing harmonies and Leona's take on the boisterous and bold classic 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday'.

Cannot wait to hear them all, especially "Ave Maria"!!!

I wish there was more tracks on the album. Wonder if they will release a deluxe edition? Looking forward to hearing the new material anyway.

Leona revealed the album cover on twitter!
