Cascada's new single, which is also the German entry for Eurovision 2013. But there is already a scandal in Germany, some say Euphoria was heavily used in Glorious.

 

I know they're no strangers to copying recent big hits, but surely copying last year's winning song with their entry is a bit cheeky even for them? :lol:

Absolutely fantastic song and I don't think it is similar to 'Euphoria' at all apart from the fact that they are both dance songs! :lol: The scandal should end soon too now that the composer/producer of 'Euphoria' (Thomas G:Son) has said that he believes that there is no plagiarism of 'Euphoria' in 'Glorious'.

Just listened to this today, it's great. I can see the 'Euphoria' comparisons, but I'd say it sounds more like 'Don't You Worry Child' if we're comparing it to recent dance smashes.

This will not win Eurovision, it is similar in style to Euphoria and Eurovision never has 2 of the same style of winners in a row, if anything it will be the opposite of this that win. Just wait and see.

No there was no chance unfortunately, 'Summer of Love' had better airplay and only reached the top 200 officially. After Eurovision though, it should hopefully get top 40 at least! :D

There is no point in making a new topic for this as it only contains 1 new track, but Cascada has released a new greatest hits album in Germany today and I think an international release will happen to coincide with Eurovision!

What a shame this did nothing on UK itunes. Much as i love Cascada i don't think i can buy *another* greatest hits package

In an interview with ESC Today, Natalie confirmed that Cascada "will release [their] first ever acoustic album this year, which [she] is very excited about"! Natalie has a fantastic voice so it'll be great to hear it on an acoustic album! :wub:
