Normally I would agree but set against the beige background of polite music in this round of UP I really welcomed it's clumsiness.

Just listened to the Madsen song again to see if I've missed something. Sounds like your typical German rock song but that opening verse is beyond dreadful. :manson:

Yep, the Japanese pop-punk entry was indeed mine. Giving that in past contests, the songs that are the most different to the rest of the pack tend to stand out, I decided to go for a song that had no chance of being mistaken for another. Thus, the theme tune to the Japanese anime about an apocalyptic scenario where fairies become the dominant species, "Humanity Has Declined", was chosen.

 

And Churchill was an absolutely wonderful song, more or less guaranteed the 20 marks from the moment I heard it.

Anything 'feat. Baths' has some connection to our Benji :D

omg will it ever end. STILL nothing can seem to overcome Madsen despite nil points from these two voters. both these acts struck me as very much typical of their senders and both are very rather good. nobody is on 0 now woooo.
