In honour of the legend, Kirk Douglas.. I'm guessing that is because everyone that could afford to see him there has been and done it.

I also think that this is the last aside he can attract other than the hard core fans and casual visitors will go. But he can only make money if the ticket prices are expensive and people will think twice who visit Vegas because of Vegas.

 

Still also wonder what the pictures are about. Even during holidays they usually post quite a lot. Now there is little in Ayda and Robbie world. Clear he has enough after the promotion. Nevertheless it is unusual quiet. Maybe it is a vacation without fans (sounds funny) or he is doing business we will find out later.

Liz, 550k sales for Christmas album.

 

He will be def back next Xmas period with the record again.

I've admitted that a cost for this LP hasn't been reduced at all comparing to all LPs which were releases in Q4 (like Coldplay, Rod, etc-etc).

For me it's a sign the mgmt wants to keep this joker (price reduction) for this album for other years.

I did think he would make 300K here in UK - so it definitely didn't do as well as first indications seem to show.

 

All that aside - I see so many artists struggling to even sell 100K these days :o so by those standards he did well.

 

It's hard to get your head around. I'm still living in the days when top albums sold one, two or three million copies.

I guess it's just private stuff they're dealing with at the moment.

 

I'm feeling like a bad fan because I didn't even notice that they weren't posting. :lol:

 

I can't keep up with my own family let alone theirs. :P

It is funny, Laura. I never watch TV shows and rarely films or movies, If I watch something it is a historical, political or science report. Because of lack of time and lack of interest in the stuff offered. However, I do not miss a day checking (not commenting) this site and the two Rob facebook groups I am in.

Some old names from the forum times still pop up.

 

Sadly I never knew if the TRWS ladies are still somehow part of the fandom. Liked Jackie and Susie a lot :-)
