Posted March 26, 201312 yr BJSC members may recognise her name as she was sent to BJSC a few months ago, iirc. So this song has all of a sudden just blown up and zoomed straight to the top of US iTunes. It's quite good, a bit boring in parts but I get the "early Mariah" comments, except it's not as strong/as whole sounding as Mariah's songs. I put it down to her thin vocals. It's very much if, Esmee Denters was to cover/put her own spin on 'Heartbreaker' or 'Loverboy' or something.
March 27, 201312 yr I don't even get how this song is storming US iTunes or more, the UK iTunes? There's not much hype surrounding it and certainly not heavy airplay and neither artists on the track are huge as well... Song wise, "Put Your Hearts Up" is certainly better as this one is nothing but a Mariah Carey track really.

April 24, 201312 yr This has now grown on me in a major way too after hearing it a few times. I don't even like Mariah but I just love the vibe coming from this and how it isn't a massive banger (which is why it took so long to click admittedly).
April 29, 201312 yr This really is a grower. It's bizarre how it's just shot up the charts all of a sudden though, given that she's a relatively unknown artist to many (Nickeloden days and viewers exempt). Crazy, it's a good piece of pop music though.
