Hey Porsche is bloody awful. It must be horrible attempting to stay relevant by ditching whatever sound you have and releasing the most generic trash that fits in with whatever is going around at the time.
Hey Porsche is rubbish. Sounds like a Flo Rida rip off (and that isn't a compliment to Flo Rida either).

It kept Madonna at the top of world pop for almost 30 years

It kept Madonna at the top of world pop for almost 30 years

This is so not true imo!

Fact is she tried this with her last two albums and both albums semi-flopped/flopped.

There is a difference between reinventing yourself and looking desperate as you attempt to jump onto a bandwagon. However, Madonna has perfected that recently too.

I'm glad this is looking likely to be AlunaGeorge's first solo hit, Capital have got on board recently so that has really helped its climb. I remember when it first came out I was so frustrated that it wasn't even in the Top 100!

I always mistake it for Whistle

"Radioactive" is shaping up to be a huge sleeper hit in the US....I wonder if it could possibly do the same here?

I'm sorry, does "Your Drums, Your Love" (#50, 2012) not qualify as a solo hit? I get what you're saying though, it'll be nice to see the two of them in the T40 of their own accord, despite the vocals on "White Noise" being a huge part of it's success, I'd say.

Fantastic to see Haim now at #40 on iTunes - #35 in the midweeks is a good indication that it could well stay there now. And to think, I've done my part; having downloaded the incredible Duke Dumont Remix of the track.

 07. Pitbull / Christina "Feel This Moment"

 08. PJ & Duncan "Let's Get Ready to Rhumble"

^ I'm in split minds at this movement. Now that PJ & Duncan have that #1 to their name, the jokes sort of over; so I'd rather the track just leave as quickly as it sprung up. At the same time, that Pitbull/Christina track should not be heading towards the T10. It was #11 officially on Sunday and I'm assuming #11 in the midweeks. For it to enter, it's likely "Thrift Shop" has to wave farewell, something I'd rather not have to see this week (unless of course Michael Buble is happy to hand over his T10 positioning for the week).

I didn't realise YDYL had peaked so high actually, but either way Top 40 is a significant milestone for them and I can see Attracting Flies making the Top 20 at least in the future.

Oh 'High School' looks like it should at least repeak then, could even go top 40 still I think.

So pleased to see 'Attracting Flies' finally actually starting to live up to its support. Top 10 please. Gwon Iggy Azalea and Haim too! Kind of given up hope on 'Swimming Pools (Drank)' making the top 40 now but 3 weeks in the top 60 so far is not bad.

What's with the album version of 'Radioactive' shooting up out of nowhere? :o The 'Hear Me' EP is definitely back to normal now.

Morning update: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=4268281

59p songs in the top 100:

 25 The Script - If You Could See Me Now

:left: 28 Kodaline - High Hopes

 50 Blackstreet & Dr. Dre - No Diggity

 65 Wiley feat. Skepta, JME & Ms D - Can You Hear Me? (Ayayaya)

 77 Kings Of Leon - Use Somebody

 99 R. Kelly - Ignition (Remix)

:re: 100 Biffy Clyro - Biblical

#24 + #38 for "Radioactive" - surely heading towards a #17/18 placing by Sunday? It's amazing to see them doing so well.

How many of the new T40 (on iTunes) entries do we think'll make it officially this week? Chris Brown, Macklemore, Iggy Azalea and both Imagine Dragons were missing from the midweek update; with Brown, Azalea and both Imagine Dragons surely looking to be there now - replacing "No Diggity", "Bassline Junkie" and "Titanium" (if it's still there).

 06. Pitbull / Christina

 07. Bastille

 08. Bruno Mars

 09. PJ & Duncan

^ Not happy about this movement at all. I'd like to see "Pompeii" occupy the T5 as long as possible.
