Nicky Romero has got really average since he became a chart artist, both 'I Could Be The One' and 'Like Home' are a lot weaker than the stuff I heard from him prior to that... although the latter will be lucky to go top 40 (though I can't say I was expecting it to make any impression on even the top 100 really).

 

Just downloaded 'Get Lucky' - has it been 79p since it was added? Could explain how it's seemingly holding up so well. Really hope it can get #1 this week.

Yes it's a Geri song from 1999 called G.A.Y... I made a campaign among my gay friends to get it to number 1 on iTunes Lebanon for a day... And we succeeded, it was number 1 for 3 days!!!!

That Blue song seemed quite good until I realised that it was a massive rip-off of Patience.

Blue was on Daybreak earlier. I really like 'Hurt Lovers' have since heard it way back and the albums quite good 'Risk It all' is good and thats the so called 'B-Side' on itunes EP

Unfortunately downloads are not yet included in the official chart, since it's mostly airplay based, they shall be included soon since iTunes has only been available in Lebanon and 50 other countries since December 2012, therefore they are still minimal compared to what they are in the UK and US... The number 1 song averages 100-150 downloads which is not much but it's still great to see a song called G.A.Y at the top somewhere....

Eurgh, just heard Loveable Rogues new song, it's really terrible! How did hit manage to make the top 10 on iTunes?

Looks like Daft Punk are heading to #1 next Sunday :D I just hope the track maintains its lead all week, I never thought they would get a #1 though, well after PJ & Duncan anything can happen :lol: actually Daft Punk will be my birthday #1 track as this week's new chart week will have the week ending 4th May.
