Is Daft Punk's track part of a pre-order for the album thingy (like 'Mirrors' was)? If not, it's sales are SO much better than I ever would've thought. :o

 

No. The album version of "Get Lucky" will be 6 minutes long and is not available to listen to or buy at the moment. The album should be massive anyway, I'm fully expecting it to be #1 with 100k+ sales.

Its strange to think that Daft Punk are on for such massive openings with this single and probably the album too when you consider they've never had a number 1 in either chart before! Starting in style, eh?!

Really? I think you're in the minority there, that's actually the first time I've heard anyone say anything negative about it.

 

I suppose it all about opinion really some think the Saturdays songs are unreal others like daft punk!

 

It is completely different to anything DP have done!!

Its gone up a couple of places, but still well down on its position last Sunday

Thanks MK, the pop up bars show there isn't too much difference between no 15-35 on iTunes so it must be easier to climb the chart or something. Good to see it recover anyway hopefully it gets a third week in the top 40!
