I loved old school J.Lo back in the day - from 'If You Had My Love' right up until about that dreadful 'Jenny from the Block' single. I actually didn't mind 'On the Floor' as it was at least in keeping somewhat with the sound of 'Waiting for Tonight' but man alive this is equally as dreadful as 'Jenny from the Block'.

Jenny From The Block is AMAZING and I will not hear otherwise.

Loving Live It Up now too, finally. Shame it will probably stall at #11, I think if it was even going to sneak into the top 10 officially it would've been in there on iTunes by now :(

It's at #21 now. I think it'll chart at #18 by the end of the week although I don't keep up with the iTunes Chart so I have no clue what's going on!

Oh I thought it was like #12/#13 on iTunes so could possibly get to #11 on there at least!

EDIT: It is at #13, I assume #21 is the chart update? I think it'll get top 15 if she holds up, she's on Graham Norton I think so that should do it.

This is doing better than I thought tbh. It would be nice to see it go top 10, but top 20 is the best we can hope for it seems.

Ain't I just the level headed loon?

The 'This Is Me...Then' album was frightful drivel across the board TBH, with the possible exception of 'All I Have' with LL Cool J. And actually 'Get Right' was a worthy number 1 as well, that was more in keeping with her old stuff. As with Destiny's Child post-'Survivor' she went from being 'I'm all independent and I'm not all about the bling' to throwing herself all over her men (Ben Affleck in her case at the time). It was just a bit contradictory!

While I agree with your general sentiments, how can you dismiss/fail to acknowledge 'I'm Glad'?! The chorus is probably one of J.Lo's strongest! But yeah tbh her albums are always quite shitty. Never really been impressed by any of the ones I've bought.

Also, 'Get Right' is definitely one of her best singles, if not THE best. It's always between that, 'All I Have' and 'I'm Glad'.

I loved 'J.Lo' and it's parent remix album 'J To Tha L-o' which my sister had virtually on repeat all that summer...the 'Ain't It Funny' remix with Ja Rule in particular holds fond memories for me.

From here on, any opinion you hold on J-Lo will be void and not taken seriously.

Up to #11 on iTunes - NEARLY TOP 10. Her performance last night was SO GOOD, and this is fast becoming one of my favourite songs of the year, just isn't getting old!
I have done a complete 360 on this song from thinking it was absolute garbage and one of the worst songs of the year to absolutely LOVING it.

Welcome to the dark side guys!

Amazed to see it's still climbing tbh

I think Daft Punk's second version might fall a little more and if JLO rises again she'll be #10 and get that top 10 effect!
