I think its a bit too late to make enough difference this week to the single position. Will probably be just outside top40 but might help to stabilise its position for next week.

i hope kiss me once stays top 10 today,have really gave the album alot of plays this week and les sex just has to be a single and next single at that i love it and into the blue has really caught on with me now.Outside those im not keen on the album,im obviously alone when i say that i was gona cancel is my least fave on the album,so many seem to love it but it does nothing for me at all.

You are not alone about I was gonna cancel. I don't like it neither....

Les Sex would be a silly second single. It's a fabulous song but people need to hear different sides to Kylie now. Playing it super safe won't work anymore.

i think les sex is very different from kylie but like a drug i bet they wont release it.

Album falls to #8 in the UK albums - I'm surprised it wasn't overtaken by any albums that may have gained a boost from last-minute buys for Mother's Day.

im happy with number 8 and hopefully around 10,000 sales

I am very happy with 8th..... and around 9-10k I hope..... would be good to get KMO over 50k in the next few weeks......

 

and although Into The Blue fell to 42 this week......... it is back up to 30th on ITunes right now so lets hope it keeps top 40 and a little more longevity.....

 

 

I think it will be around 45 next Sunday with nothing to sustain it now. Album 15 perhaps.

 

Whatever happened to Kylie and Enrique going on Graham Norton?

Yeah... just Enrique turned up.... no Kylie.... I have a feeling the song Beautiful will be pulled... afterall he spoke to Graham Norton about his 2nd single of the album and it was a different song

 

I think the album will hold up OK this week and same with ITB.....

 

would like KMO to get over 50k before she goes to Australia then she can comeback and work on the other 50k during summer/tour/Xmas etc

So there was no promotion of "Beautiful" over the weekend at all despite both acts in town, it is starting to look like the record company have finally woke up and decided it is not single material.

I don't know what they could choose if not Beautiful. I would say I Was Gonna Cancel followed by Feels So Good.

Unless Pharell features i could not see I Was Gonna Cancel" becoming a hit, there is no hook to it at all, in its current format the song is extremely bland.

Non-Kylie fans seem to like it and I guess it will only reach Top 20 at most.

She should release 'Sexy Love'! (although it doesn't matter, it's not as if anything will be a hit for her)

I agree, 'Sexy Love' seems like a great single choice even if it probably wouldn't stick around for long! A fun video for that would be nice to see :wub:

Sexy Love feels like the leftover of Love at first sight... it gives you that summery feeling.

Sexy Love is one of my least faves, only slightly better than Sparks and I Was Gonna Cancel for me now.

Sexy Love is a ridiculous grower. Not sure it's a single though. Maybe try Kiss Me Once if they want something very upbeat.
