Outselling the man responsible for 2013's biggest hit - that's something! :P

Bit of pointless knowledge: Kiss Me Once has now matched the number of weeks that The Abbey Road Sessions spent in the chart (16 week).

Looked for KMO in Sainsburys but no success, my purchase may have kept it in the top 198.

Robin Dick sold 530 at 200. Oh dear.

IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT :snif: KYLIE HAS LESS FUNDS FOR FEATHERS AND SPARKLES NOW.

A £3 album sale would barely cover the cost of a Ryanair value snack pack on one of her many promo sojourns to Europe ;-)))

She's small though, she only needs half of one.

Returns to the Top 100 at #98!

Tour smashlie

up to 98th in the UK album charts.... should stay top 150 next week also, though dropping a bit..... then she needs to sell it in November again... probably when Beautiful is released and a performance probably on strictly and the next UK legs of her tour etc.... still think this will eventually get the 100k sales mark.... think it is on 73.5k at moment.
Glad the tour is helping album sales. A strictly performance or X Factor would do no harm at all ,i hope she manages a slot on at least 1 of them.
pretty much sure she will.... she is releasing Beautiful the same time as returns to the UK to finish off her UK Tour dates and this also coincides with live shows of SCD and X-factor.... Enrique in toe will get her on both maybe... plus Alan Carr will still on I think and fingers crossed KMO can pick up some Xmas sales...... even as stocking fillers at a low price the CD could be bought at Xmas..

Yeah, I reckon Kylie will do some TV promotion when she returns to the UK for a week in November too, even if it's to film a performance that can be shown a few weeks later.

X Factor had her on when she was promoting The Abbey Road Sessions so I'm sure they'd support her with a studio album campaign. Strictly would welcome her too, then there's chat shows like Graham Norton, Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr who have all had her on before so there's every chance she'll make an appearance.

I was hoping it would be a bit higher, but I never expect tours to help out albums much as theoretically everybody going would already own it? Or at least a VERY high percentage. Still, I'm glad to see it back. It's like welcoming back an estranged child.

Any chance of stabilising or even climbing next week?

People may have bought the album after seeing articles about the tour etc., so may not have necessarily went to the tour itself.

I am very impressed with the extras on offer, i am unsure if it will receive a UK release and if it does i am doubtful it will help sell much more of the album.
This re-release doesn't really interest me. I'm still hoping we get a reissue with golden boy, crystallise and waiting for the sun included but I can't see it happening now.
On UK itunes now :cheer:

Strange reissue. Handful of live tracks. Not sure what the point is?

Would have been better as an EP. Can't see the point in paying another £9.99 for a few extra tracks.
