I like the sound of the music in the background of that clip. I hope it's more emancipated than her previous two.

I nearly vomited in rage when I saw the "05.06.13" date ("who releases a trailer of laughter for something over a month away?!" etc.) but then I remembered that America does the date backwards and all was okay again.

 

This sounds alright from what you can hear, which isn't that much. I'm guessing she'll be going for some "Butterfly" vibes again.

This tbh. I hope I'm wrong, but it's difficult for Mariah to get radio support now, even if the song is amazing.

 

Miguel will help though, since he's had some smashes recently (especially Adorn).

A little underwhelming on first listen, but i quite like it still. They compliment each other well (with Miguel sounding like a doll as always) :wub:

I think it's great. I can see this blowing up on radio actually, it's a very smart move to take her sound in this direction. But it badly needs a third verse/middle 8. It's just too short, esp since Mariah doesn't come in til half way through!
